My wife and I went on our 1st vacation together in 5 years here at the Hyatt Vacation Club. Everything was absolutely perfect! The entire staff from Front Desk to Housekeeping was extremely nice and helpful. The ONLY "issue" that I had was what they call the "Concierge" desk should read, "Sales" desk. There is no Concierge service, just VC sales. When I requested assistance with a reservation, I was told to "Look it up and call when they're open." That aside, I would HIGHLY recommend this property for any Romantic or Family vacation! My wife and I had a wonderful time.

The property is beautiful and the amenities are great.... but the rooms reek of mold!!! They must've sat vacant w/o AC after hurricane IAN. Had to switch rooms bc the first one was so bad. Switched to another building and that room seemed better but then we went to the pool all day. Once we came back in the evening it also reeked of mold. It was too late with kiddos to switch again (and most likely just get another moldy room) so we sucked it up for the night. We could not wait to get home and shower and wash our clothes. The rooms need updating and remediation. Also so upsetting you can't use the waterpark at the Hyatt next door anymore. That was always the perk for staying at the condos. We will NOT be back. Staff however were very kind and accommodating. It's not their fault the condos are mold ridden.

Came to this hotel about 12 years ago when it was newer, rooms look the same, updates need to be made to freshen the rooms. Also in our 3 days, we never saw a maid, called the front desk and was told after 2 days, she would be stopping in, never saw her. Pool and lazy river are still awesome and the bartenders were awesome. Grounds are beautiful.

Our experience was amazing, we absolutely loved our stay. The one bedroom condo was perfect! Excellent condition! The pools and lazy river were great for our 7 and 4 yr old! And the boat trip to the island is a must! We will be back!

It’s a wonderful, relaxing resort. The grounds and pool area are quite beautiful and the resort staff, friendly and helpful. The only suggestion I would make is that the condition of some of the walls & furniture in the rooms need to be painted and some of the furniture replaced. We stayed there 20 years ago as well, and I believe they still have the same kitchen and flooring as they did at our last stay.

10/10 recommend this place! I’m always very cautious and read every single review, good and bad. We enjoyed our first night so much that we decided to book another night. This is a very family friendly place! The activities that go on throughout each day are an added perk! We did sit thru an hour optional presentation (not pushy at all) and we received a $250 visa gift card. Which we used to stay an extra night!

The staff was so friendly!! Especially the late night check-in security guard Keith. He was so kind after a long day of travel! Really appreciated their entire staff.

The place is very nice. It’s still recovering from hurricane Ian. The disappointing part for this time was that I wanted to extend my trip by one day, and the front desk told me to reach out to Hyatt directly, and they intern told me to go to the front desk. So it was too much of a hassle and I just skipped it. It’s a shame because the place was probably only 30% occupied, easy cash flow for them.

Pool and hot tub were amazing so we’re the outdoors bars,restaurant,lazy river all within a minute walk between each. Units are nice and quiet inside huge jacuzzi tub and amazing screen in porch overlooking the golf course . Staff was very friends property was clean and well taken care of!

The property was nice with the pools and lazy river. Outside areas felt clean and fun. However the rooms were outdated and falling apart. We had two rooms, one of which was so dusty my son had allergies and croup the entire time he was in the room. The second room had ants all over the kitchen and we had to call front desk because the kitchen sink literally fell from the countertop. Needs some work.

Staff are really nice (other than the lady at the towel hut, we were there two weeks and didn’t see her smile once) but the wifi is awful (and ours was upgraded) the bathroom was really run down, you turn on the bath and the shower runs. You can’t use Hyatt next door facilities other than the restaurants. The poolside food available is awful.

We have been staying at this property for years. It is our go to summer trip. This year we were saddened that the room we got was run down. Our sink sunk, it literally came off and fell off from where it was previously glued to. The sheets in the room were stained. And lastly, there was an ant infestation in the kitchen. Sad that our room turned out this way this year.

We checked in and noticed the carpet around the closet was wet. The next morning a maintenance person knocked and came into our room with someone else to check the WiFi connection. Told him about carpet and showed him where I thought the leak was. He diagnosed it as the AC unit and so that whole day they sucked out the water or had an industrial fan on. That night the room temp said 80 so I went to front desk the next day and when I told the person there, she said, ‘what do you want us to do about it?’ I said fix it. Twice they said it was fixed and for two nights it remained at 80 with no air coming from the vents. I had asked with the first day of the van being in our room (over 8 hours) if we needed to move and they did not respond.

Not happy at all. The hotel cleans the bare minimum. Never cleaned outside patio. Confetti was found between the couch and also on the walls from a previous guest/party. Checked in and had no bassinet for the baby even though i requested it months ago. Then the one provided was broken and we had a sleepless night.

We stayed in a two bedroom. It was kind of outdated. It certainly was large, but not as nice as other places we’ve stayed for the same money. The pools weren’t heated, which is ridiculous for a resort. The screens on the balcony had holes and were patched with tape. It took forever to get served at the pool grill. All in all I won’t return to this resort.

My son slipped and fell in the bathroom because it was soaking wet by the pool. He had to be taken to the ER for his injuries. Even after we left, the staff still didn't mop up the water.

We thought we booked the Hyatt Regency and ended up being this place where wasn’t nearly as nice and they tried getting us to come back for a timeshare presentation which I declined. I will never return back to this place

Second time back at this property. This time we booked the two room suite and so glad we did! Very clean and spacious. The property is well maintained and lots of activities for children. We went the end of August so it wasn’t very crowded. Will be back soon!

Property is amazing! There's so much for kids to do. The pool area is huge and the lazy river is so fun. I was told the hotel was at capacity but it never seemed busy in any area, which was a pleasant surprise. Food and drinks were great and staff was super pleasant.

I wasn't aware that it is a timeshare property...all Good though, no pressure to attend "the Talk". We had a full kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, lovely huge balcony. Very Very clean, plenty of activities here and around. We loved everything and had an awesome time!

Really enjoyed our 2 night stay at HRC Coconut Plantation. The check in and check out process was easy. There was plenty of free parking and accommodations were spacious and very nice. I enjoyed the in room amenities with a stocked kitchen. House keeping services remain suspended but the texting service was convenient to relay any needs. We were there to enjoy the pools and they did not disappoint. There was plenty of pool space options and available chairs or areas to relax. Never felt I had to save chairs. The lazy river was fantastic and the kids enjoyed the activities throughout the day and evening. Highly recommend the Smore's night. We will be staying again in the future and hope to visit the beach.
