Friendly and exllent

I didn't like being across the street from a needle dispensers place.

2nd time staying here, love the location and conveniency of all the shops/food places around the hotel.

Great service and nice room. Only downside was the small parking lot. If it's full, you'll have to park a block away by the Metro. But the hotel and staff were great!

Nicely renovated. Very close to the lake and walking accessible to nearby Metro and Shoppers and downtown. Parking space is however limited. It was a pleasant stay.

Reasonable and great staff

Unfortunately I had to cancel my trip due to a family emergency so I didn’t get to stay at the hotel. Hopefully I will have another opportunity to do so.

Close proximity to everything we needed

Would have given excellent as a review however there is not enough parking and at 1am when we returned after our event we were told to park down the street at the Metro and walk back to the hotel.

Clean and comfy

Greeted by staff on their smoke break wearing street clothes - and then check in by them. Room was dirty and still had belongings from guest before us. Small and musty rooms. Woken every hour throughout the night with a toilet running .. parking spots for 10 cars for the entire hotel.. Would not recommend

Rooms are little small.

The rooms are small but overall very clean and comfortable. Our room was in the lower level so we heard lots of noise above us in the middle of the night The breakfast included is just a continental breakfast not a full breakfast. We just stayed for one night so it was fine. Lots of restaurants near by.

Wife and i stayed here for new years eve just to get away. The hotel was super quiet, we felt like we were the only guests in the hotel. The place is so quaint and nicely remodeled. The rooms are very clean and was very comfortable. There are many great restaurants within walking distants and many loacal shops as well. Great location. We would definately stay again and plan on staying there come summer for a boat trip.

Instead of providing concise, speedy seevice the front desk asked me 900 arbitrarily questions- even agter i mentioned was staying there for a funeral and reslly just wanted to check in. She changed the room i had originally booked to "give me a better room".. the room was at the back of the hotel with a view of the parking lot.. she said the parking lights are really bright and i should close the blinds and sometimes the trucks can be loud... not sure why she out me there. Also the hallway i was put in must have not had a single occupancy avaliable as per the next morning from 6-9 am all i heard was ither doors slamming open and shut. The continental breakfast was a joke. Incredibly disappointing.

Nice and helpful staff - pleasant stay

The lobby was super cute. The staff were friendly. The room was clean (but very small). However, this hotel was so loud! I was woken up on several occasions (someone shutting their door, people taking in the hallway, the toilet running, the loud ax right beside the bed, and the PIGEONS). My parents stayed on a different level and they complained of the noise too (the staff in the utility room across the hall ALL night long and the PIGEONS!).

Stayed here twice. Hotel is clean, comfortable and staff are nice.

The only issue that we had was lack of parking. Other that this we had a great experience.

Everything was fine except they were understaffed for check in. The young lady working kept her cool but accidentally booked another couple in our room. We were about to head out for the evening and another couple accessed our room! It made us feel a little uneasy about leaving for the evening! Mistakes happen but the same couple was then booked into another occupied room. Very weird situation. Everything else was great. The bed was comfy & the room was cozy and clean.

Room was small but beautiful. Recently updated within the last few years. It was a pleasant surprise because we didn’t really investigate the property before we booked.

The parking is not a lot but free. Other than that, everything seemed nice. The hotel representatives were pleasant.

This property is so nice. The staff was very friendly even upgraded our room. The cleanliness of place was excellent. The only issue we had is the entrance from the parking lot you have to go up stairs to get to the lobby which is hard if you have a lot of luggage

Service and hotel was great

We found the hotel to be very average. Room was extremely small. We did not get a king bed…what we paid for. The room couldn’t fit one. I haven’t seen a room that small since I travel to Europe! On site Parking is ridiculous. About 12 spots for a hotel and a restaurant. Breakfast was the typical continental style breakfast. Boring and bland. Other than the nice toiletries not worth the stay. Regarding the bill - they actually charged me for marketing service fee. $6.89.

The staff was great

Really liked the area. Very convenient. Parking was tough to get at times but I would stay here again.
