The hotel texted me saying they cancelled my reservation because of a mix up. I also did not give them permission to text me.. horrible business.

This hotel is under renovations to update the property. It will be a nice place when completed. Service staff very friendly and helpful. Ok place for the price. Easy to get to off I 15 when traveling.

If you need a place to sleep for the night, it will do.

The room I stayed in was clean, microwave and fridge both worked great which is what I need for my short stop between ski resorts. There are a handful of gas stations, fast food and dining options really really close by which is convenient. Just have the right expectation and you won't be disappointed.

The person checking us in, did not speak English. The room was filthy dirty. There was mold in the bathroom. The room had a bad odor to it. The bed was very very uncomfortable and dirty. We didn’t stay we checked in at 3:30 checked out at 6:30. It was too uncomfortable and dirty, to even stay in. Under the circumstances a full refund should be given. I would not recommend this motel to anybody. It was even too dirty for our dogs to stay in.

Nonsmoking room, but smelled like an old smokey casino. Bathroom door had a hole in it, as if it was kicked in. Also, matching door knob hole on the inside of bathroom wall. Almost every inch of room seemed dirty. Over all, didn’t expect much from $55 a night but was a little disappointed in shape of room.

It was a comfortable room. Easy to find .

Great budget motel to stay at. We checked in at 1 am, the attendant came quickly to the desk and checked us in fast and courteous for being 1 am in the morning. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Nice to be abke to rest our heafs for a bit while on our long drive to California.

The indoor pool is currently closed

I reserved a room. Tried checking in. No one was there. I tried pushing the service button, calling the service number with no response at all. Needless to say they charged me. But I had to go to a different hotel to get a room.

It was dirty and broken down. The light bulbs and bathroom lock and heater were all broken. Everything looked and felt very dirty. It was a relief leaving that place. Check in guy was unpleasant.

I came and showered and slept and it was just fine.

Everything on this property needs to be replaced- beds, sinks,EVERYTHING ! Everything is worn out. Lobby is ugly, needs a complete repaint and reasonable furniture. Never again

Well, it had a microwave. It did not have a coffee machine in the room. read. I took my dog out to pee and found that it was only available in areas where you had thorns and bristles. There was no place for a pet even though you told me it was pet friendly.

We didn't even stay and they won’t refund our money. We checked in, used the toilet and it overflowed uncontrollably. Went to the front desk who said, "oh, you flushed the paper..." Last we checked, we were in a developed country where we can flush toilet paper. Nothing was said at check in. There were no signs saying not to flush toilet paper... the toilet overflowed so bad, it went into the hallway through the wall. The staff cleaned it up, but the area smelled like sewer. There wasn't another room with a king bed, and that's what we paid for. Completely unreasonable at this hotel not refunding our room after expecting us to know that they have a terrible sewer system without warning us anywhere. If they had stated this in the description, we would never have picked this hotel. General manager hasn't been available to take any calls either, very unprofessional. Terrible place.

Badly managed, pool and hot tub don’t work. Things such as toilet, towel bar broken. No shampoo given. Locks on outside doors broken. Overall bad.

Rooms are in dire need of deep clean. Rm 116 has a broken latch /window and slides right open from inside and outside. Parking dark. We had to wedge a wooden hanger to sleep. Bed sheets were clean atleast. Pool (indoors) was closed but clear to see why. Should be condemned from the dirty window view (sludge and not cleaned in years). Entrance from parking was not secure. Door in need of repair too. Agent at desk was clearly disinterested in the list we detailed about the rooms condition. It was cheap but so was the room and service. Never going back.

This place should not be able to say it has a pool. It is a partially filled containment of green sludge that has not been useable for a long time. I'm not sure why the grouchy guy at the desk demanded ID from both of us 'to prove we're not involved in human trafficking'. Maybe it's a problem along I15; I don't know. I'm not sure that the late evening bark about Utah liquor laws vis a vis a single beer outside your room door was necessary, either.

Check in attendant was disrespectful very short with answers and was not friendly. Room is in needed of remodeling urgently. I have stayed at other Motel 6 and were so much nicer than this one.

First off, I want to say that finally, I found a hotel that had a management team that really cared about meeting the needs of the people that stayed there. I had a problem with the lost license that they found, and they were kind enough to expedite it to me and allow me to continue with my trip otherwise I would’ve had issues Caring management and recommended anyone

Gave the wrong room key. Pool was disgusting and left the same as last year. Rooms were okay. Made the mistake of leaving my dog alone in room and office took my deposit. Communication started out politely and then became very miserable—threatened to call animal control. We rushed back—only gone half an hour. Won’t be returning.

Loved the small town . Beautiful drives!

•Bed was lumpy. •shower and floor were dirty. •fixtures were rusted, cracked and unkept. •door handle was a fire hazard as it had to be pulled upward to open, instead of down (as normal & possibly to code)!

Overall a very unkempt, uncaring feeling about hotel’s facilities and functionality. Staff, however, were very upbeat, professional and pleasant.

Room was exceptionally clean & truly a non-smoking room. YEA! But the room needed cosmetic wall & floor repairs and especially re-painting (it appeared shabby). Outside landscaping needed attention & the parking lot sidewalks needed sweeping etc. Staff was friendly and welcoming.
