We arrived before our room was available, and right away the gentleman at the front desk handed us a map, circled some points of interest that were close by, and let us know that our room will be ready early, but to take a walk. Once back at the hotel, our bags had already been put into our room, and we found our room to be a suite with an attached small balcony. Overall, the hotel is older, and the decor is dated, but the room was very spacious, the bathroom was great, and having the little balcony was a bonus! Everyone at the front desk was extremely helpful, when we asked for recommendations for restaurants, or transportation. The location was close to the Trevi fountain, Spanish steps, and the park. Lots of restaurants in the area to dine. Delicious breakfast each morning. The only negative was the bed was a bit hard for our liking, but otherwise, or stay there was wonderful!

I spent 4 nights with my Mom in Rome and was so happy we decided on Hotel La Residenza Rome. It was in a wonderful quiet clean neighborhood within walking distance of shops and restaurants. It was easy to get taxis to the tour sites and the hotel staff was wonderful to us. My Mom and I had two huge rooms on the first floor which made it easy for stepping out to their cute breakfast area and the connected restaurant which we ate at daily as it was so delicious. The bar in the restaurant also made it easy to get a bottle of wine and a glass to take to the room. They had many great choices. I would certainly go back.

The hotel was very clean and the staff very accommodating. The dining room for breakfast was very well maintained and service was amazing.
