The property is conveniently located to the train station, but I was regularly approached by drug addicts at all hours of the day and did not feel safe at night.

The stay at the hotel which is located close to the old city of Vicenza was pleasant. There was a misunderstanding concerning the parking but the hotel manager managed to resolve it amicably.

This hotel i a gem. Nice large rooms, Good bed. Nice bathroom and shower. Refrigerator, safe, closet. Close to the train station. Best thing is the included breakfasts. Overall very happy with this hotel.

Wonderful location in town with easy access to gorgeous sightseeing and good food. Easy to drive to and park. Clean and very comfortable rooms with updated bathrooms. Great staff. Wonderful breakfast with lots of variety. On site parking is an extra charge, but very affordable at €6 per night. Nice and comfortable lobby that can easily serve for a friendly chat or informal meeting.

Like that the room had an AC. Believe the carpet in the hallways should be changed. It looks bland (eh). Had to keep un exiting car to get in the parking area. The room was new but there were several marks on the wall that could have been addressed prior to room being occupied.

The hotel's location is excellent: 5 minutes away from the train station, virtually right in the city centre. The pavement in front of the hotel is uneven making it difficult to roll your suitace. Althought the reception staff claim the refurbishment is long over, it does not seem so. I was not affected by it directly by on some days you could hear noise.

The Hotel was renovated recently and the rooms was very very nice. The location is brilliant close to the park and the old town, and a few minutes walk from the train station. The breakfast is a typical continental breakfast, not very sophisticated. But close by in the old town there are plenty of nice restaurants. Parking just outside the front entrance. The service was very good and the total experience was very very good.

The city of Vicenza offers pedestrians a pleasant wide boulevard Via Roma as you exit the train station. Large swaths of green parklands, including Campo Marzio lead you to Hotel Campo Marzio, located at the edge. With on-premises parking, a sleek airy lobby with seating areas, a fireplace, lobby bar and breakfast room, the hotel staff was friendly and professional. There was a mix of business and leisure travelers in house and the license plates were from several EU countries. My single room was compact but comfortable with a desk, minibar bedside niche with a convenient plug for charging, a safe and a large well-furnished bathroom with a rain shower and a multi-color lamp for your sybaritic pleasure! Similar to other single rooms there wasn’t a closet, instead there was an open recess with hangers. Satellite tv offered programs in other languages including English and the free internet was reliable and the signal strong. The hotel’s location and the excellent mapping and signage provided a quick route to sites and museums. On check-in I was told there was construction and the following morning at 8am crews were working on installing a stairway down the hall to access the floor above mine which will add a terrace. After the first morning the workers were gone for the rest of my stay. Breakfast was nice and tables set with linen napkins and fresh flowers. The friendliness of the breakfast staff depended on who it was, the gentleman was a professional and enjoyed his work.

Great location, you can walk to the main part of Vicenza in a couple of minutes. Also very close to the train station so ideal really. Some initial confusion with our room was solved satisfactorily and we had a good stay. New room was lovely. Spacious, newly decorated and had a nice feel. Massimo on the front desk was amazingly helpful and always happy and very funny with it too. He made the stay for us, thanks Massimo! Would definitely return.

This hotel was okay - it was annoying to have to go in and ask to park every time you went in and out. The staff generally seemed a little annoyed at us asking for anything. The rooms were spacious and clean.

Going to Vicenza? This is the place to stay if you like to be near the city center. One note the small rooms are really small.

The hotel was easy to find as it was on the way from the rail station to the town centre. It was modern and well designed. I was lucky to be upgraded and the room was fantastic. Much nicer than my own flat! Also, Massimo at the reception could not have been more helpful. I would definitely return.

Hello, this is for anyone who’s looking to visit this lovely city Vicenza. I have been in Vicenza several times, and this has been my best stay yet. All staffs are so sweet, especially Massimo has made my stay so wonderful that I will be coming back to this hotel hands down.

The hotel was very comfortable, very close to all the historic sights and within easy reach of the railway station for trips to Padua and Venice. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I'd always wanted to get to Vicenza to see the Palladio buildings there. But there never seemed enough time to stop on my way to Venice. Finally, i made it. The Hotel Campo Marzio was an ideal spot to spend 2 nites. A short walk from the train station, it faces a pleasant park and is only a few steps from the main drag lined with palazzi by Palladio and his followers. In the other direction, it was easy enough to get by bus and walking to the Villa Rotonda, Palladio's masterpiece, and the Villa Valmarana with its Tiepolo murals. The hotel was modern and efficient. It provided an excellent breakfast with cappuccino available on request in a handsome, spacious dining room. The staff was helpful if brusque. My single room was small and out-moded. The hotel is undergoing renovations, and i peeked into larger rooms to see its stylish renovation. In any case, I didn't spend much time in my room and, short of a stay in a Palladio villa, the Hotel Campo Marzio seemed to me as good as I could do.

This hotel is located directly outside the old walled city of Vicenza and is a wonderful property. They are in the middle of renovations to half of the building but it didn't spoil the stay. Super friendly staff and beautiful rooms made up for the slight inconvenience.
