Great Experience! Just like I remember.

It was ok. But we had the room on rhw floor next to thw casino which was so loud. Could hear the entertainment and everyone walking by.

Room was on the first floor, which is like their basement since the casino is on the second floor. Woke up to ants on the night stand.

Quick stay in this run down, dirty, old hotel. The sheets on both beds were badly stained and one of the comforters had coffee stains that appeared to not have been washed. Beds were fairly comfy though.

Unlike most guests there we had no interest in drinking or gambling. Room was clean and quiet, though a bit pricey. Doubtful we would stay there again.

The pool jacuzzi was closed and nowhere to sit outside to enjoy the sunshine even though the temps were cool it would still be nice to sit outside on lounge chairs.

We were driving back from a funeral and got bad weather so that delayed our eta. We stopped to get a few hours of sleep. They had vacancies. We have stayed here before and they are always great. Clean, great customer service.

Very old. Rooms not updated.no fridge only old fashioned ice box, no in room coffee, very dated. Whole place pretty smokey. Non smoking floors a bit better. Food not good.

The hotel was eclectic with one restaurant that required reservations and one that was open dining. The buffet is only open Fri-Sun and we were there on Wed. The room was okay. Beds were clean, water was tepid at night but definitely had hot water in the morning. Didnt want to step into the bathtub though because it looked like it had never been cleaned. Overall the gift shop, coffee shop, and pizza place in the casino were really nice and the staff at the registration desk were all very friendly. I would recommend staying for one night but maybe not during the middle of the week.

Sheets/towels had holes in them, floor looked like it has never been vacuumed, hair in the bathroom, plug ins for electronics are behind bed and impossible to get to. On arrival, checkin was wearing a mask then blew his nose and handed me my card back without sanitizing. The place smelled of cigarette smoke and it was overpowering. Had to move rooms to try and escape it as even non-smoking rooms smelled of smoke.

Our only complaint is lack of plug-ins by bed stand. Had to unplug either clock or lamp to plug in my sleep apnea machine. Also usually recharge iPad and phone and like them on the night stand.

Bathroom was not clean. Wallpaper around tub in terrible condition . Helpful workers, but rooms need deep cleaned . Lint and dirt behind door in bathroom . No washcloths.

The bed sheets was so dirty look like they use the same sheets we find lots of hair in the mattress

The spa was wonderful! Loved every second of it.
Our room on the other hand was less than to be desired. The mini fridge still had food in it from previous guests, there was a used bar of soap in the shower, the towels had stains on them, but the biggest issue was that the room and the bed had the worst odor. We thought it was the sheets or blankets. Called and asked that housekeeping change them. Later we got back into bed and the smell was still there. It was the mattress that was holding the smell. Called the front desk and they were nice enough to switch us to a different room. That room was much better, it didn’t smell, mini fridge was cleared out, and no previous guest items were left in the shower. I think we will go back, probably just some bad luck on the room.

The adjoining room door and wall is paper thin so we heard all about a 6 hour presentation on some scam til 3 in the morning on our neighbors we called the front desk 2 times but never heard them get quieter. Was a terrible night with two paper thin pillows.

The casino its self is lovely. The cleaning staff is very accommodating.
Ieas surprised that some of the guest were a bit noisy.
Our room is NOT being kept up, example: wall paper is slowly pealing OFF the wall and you can see the former wall paper, the shower apparatus is falling apart, the curtains were in bad shape. I would have preferred a comforter on the bed instead of just sheets.
I'm sure the rest of the rooms are in better shape.

Tired and in need of an update. Best thing going for it, it’s cheap. Prepare for raucous environs most days. They cater to youth sports families here for competitions. Pay a little extra and stay at a Holiday Inn etc if you need peace and quiet with rooms that don’t smell like they’ve been lived in since 1880.

Customer service was not friendly at all, room had 2 baby pillows on each bed, they were tiny and you could hear everything from the rooms next door

Room was old. The HVC in the room was very loud. Im sure its not that way in all the rooms. The staff girl at check in was not so freindly, but all the rest were nice. Best parts of stsying there was there dining. One of the best meals we had in years, and the staff was the best. We will stay there again. It was worth the price.

It was OK - the cafe restaurant was not interested in even looking for the wine we ordered. After changing our choice 3 times & they told us they were out of it. They finally found the original one we asked for. Brought a bottle, didn’t open it & we had to ask for glasses, all they wanted was to change the table asap.

Such good beds! But it was pretty filthy. We were just staying on our way through and it’s clear that a quick once over between guests is all that occurs. I had my 1 year old so she pulled all the things out they missed from some not so savory items to coins hair Barrets and a previously lost remote. But all and all it wasn’t horrible.

Greta place to visit. Food at the Casa Cafe is pretty good, great prices they don’t try and gouge you. Slots could hit a little more but it’s still fun. They usually have decent bands and dancing. Fun place

This resort has amazing opportunity to be a top class resort. Its pool and spa are in the top 3 of any I have been to.
Unfortunately, the hotel section is deteriorating. Probably due to its low prices. Three years ago we LOVED this place, but our recent stay found the furniture scratched, heavy smells of smoke throughout the building, and employees slacking.
