Christian at the front desk delivered superb service. Other front staff also helpful. Location for getting to slopes is great. Also very convenient for walking to the main street of Lenzerheide. Room was nice size for European hotel, bathroom modern and spacious. Breakfast room/dining room good ambiance. Would certainly stay there again.

We liked everything about the property with one exception -- the clock tower bells were quite near and made us choose between keeping the balcony door and window open for the fresh mountain air, OR closed so that we weren't awoken by the bells.

It was a great experience. My cousin and zi went skiing to Lenzerheide and St. Moritz for 3 days and stayed here. Staff was incredibly helpful and nice. On the first night we were so tired we fell asleeo around 19hrs and woke up really hungry at 22hrs. The restaurant was already closed however they still cooked us a meal! It was really nice of them.
Room was in good condition and the hotel is just 1 bus stop away from the main ski lift
