Overall the hotel was great. The staff was helpful, and easy to work with. The room was clean, and fully stocked. I would give it 5, but oh my the beds were awful. Not just mine, but the two in the secondary bedroom. Probably the worst hotel bed I've ever had. Maybe it was just bad luck, but has to bed said.

Most staff absolutely amazing. We loved our room, the games room and the set up of the pool room. The hideabed was comfortable but needed a vacuum underneath to get old food and small car toys out. We used the pool room just after it opened at 8am and I was hoping to use the hot tub. A staff member was just adding multiple cups of chlorine/powdered chemicals to the ice cold hot tub at about 830 am so it was only room temp by 10 am. The kids had fun in the pool but it looked a bit murky. After a few trips down the waterslide and swallowing water he started to feel sick then he had to vomit. The pool room is a perfect set up but the water quality needs to be checked I also think the hot tub should be ready to use during opening hours. I was reminded by the pool maintenance man that I could NOT have coffee in the pool room but no apology for a cold hot tub. The games room is great. Overall I would stay again especially if the pool water quality can be fixed. The location is great - close to Genesis rec centre and to main road.

Great location, to food and shopping

We received a voucher for dining. Staff was very hospitable.

Room smelled of chemicals, cleaning of the room was terrible- long black hairs on the bathroom floor, countertop and bed. food left in fridge.

Room was clean but minor things not checked like the coffee pot had a used pod in it when we checked in. Kids lovedthe pool but the area couldve been cleaner. Water was murchy and drains around the pool had hair and bugs in them. Kids also enjoyed the games room. Noisy in the room at times as you can hear people above you walking or running around very clearly. Not the staffs fault but noticeable. Overall this was an average stay.

Hotel was clean and family-friendly. Room was spacious. We enjoyed our stay.

Great stay

It was amazing.

Room was clean and very large. King-size bed was large but not comfortable. Pull out bed was atrocious. Shower products were empty or didn't work. Microwave was included but not plates or cutlery or really anything else to facilitate eating. Pool was large and hot tub and waterslide were great however it didn't seem to be cleaned regularly (bathrooms had toilet paper pieces all over floors for days, cleaning staff walked over clumps or hairand other debris on the pool deck on their way out from cleaning washrooms) towels were not replaced in pool so we had to request more each day while standing in our pool attire at front desk, one day while dripping wet as I didn't check first before following my toddler into the pool. Policies around towel replacement and room refresh weren't clear or posted in our room or advised during check in so we had some confusion as to how to get new towels and sheets. Cleaning staff were lovely. Front desk was courteous. We had very noisy neighbors Saturday night and front desk staff did attempt to help. We also requested a half hour extension on our checkout time to allow the little to swim a little longer and they happily obliged. Attached Smitty's was good and the provided 5$ coupons were nice.

This is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. Great games area for the kids (and myself) the pool and slide did not disappoint. Rooms were a great size. I’d definitely recommend this hotel.

Easy parking!

Stayed for 1 night to entertain the kids with swimming and games. Pool was really good, warm, hot tub was nice to finish. Rooms were big, could hear the people walking around upstairs, but not a big deal. Tub and shower were really nice.

Dogs are accepted for $15/night with some restrictions, industry part of town right off of Hwy QEII, spacious room (#213) with a large window facing the Shell gas station. A decent hotel.

The family room was super. Three seperate areas and 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. Pretty sweet setup for a small family so everyone has a good night's sleep.

We had a lovely stay. The kids enjoyed the pool. We were disappointed that we had to eat breakfast at Smitty's and pay, even though we received five-dollar coupons for each of us. The Ramada in Drumheller supplied breakfast for us and we were expecting the same of the Ramada in Airdrie. Breakfast at Smitty's was expensive, especially when we weren't expecting to pay.

The pool was great for my small kids, and loved the super clean suite we had. It was really nice to have 2 separate bedrooms for us and for the kids. 2 bathrooms was also great. Would absolutely stay here again.

Property had a great water slide for kids, pool not overly clean. Never any towels by the pool. Room not overly clean when we checked in. Staff not overly friendly.

The same person who checked us in, checked us out. She was very nice. The hotel is in a great spot for restaurants. The rooms are massive with high ceilings. My boys loved the water slides and hot tub.
