Hair in the towels, on the bathroom floor, candy wrappers on the floor, toiletries were half used, no reg coffee, and 1 of the 3 decaf packs were was opened and empty.
Need to post breakfast times. Stayed there for the hot breakfast but had to leave without as it didnt start til 7am and I had to be on the road by 630

Fantastic services front desk, breakfast, housekeeping excellent!!! Water started pouring through restroom air vent, not that great. My front desk took care of us!

This was a really good stay. The bed was comfy and the shower was hot with good pressure. Everything was very clean and operational. Only thing that could be improved was all of the doors slammed shut and echoed so we were woken early by people checking out from other rooms. Hydraulics could be put on doors to alleviate that.

In the middle of a remodel and it will look really nice when done. My room was dated but clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and the kids liked the waffle maker. Would stay here again.

This place is in need of a remodel. Water damage and holes in the bathroom wall. This property is pet friendly and you can smell it.

Rooms were very clean. Breakfast area was also clean. Parking for vehicles pulling trailers is very limited

The rooms where nice and clean. Staff where friendly and informative.

Service was great, the room was clean, bathroom was clean, bed was too firm for me but my husband loved it. Loved the makeup removal wipes, that's always a plus. If there we're any problems we were too drunk to notice. Overall stay was very pleasant and will stay there again.

Staff were friendly and breakfast was great. The air conditioning in the room needs some repair. Very noisy. It wakes you every time it comes on. It had great parking and access to the road.

Elevator and out into the 2nd floor was dirty 9:30pm, looked like it needed to be mopped. Room door was missing the security latch, Rm# 229, Shower head needs maintenance. Over all it was ok, miner issues once blinders are off. The bed was good, did enjoy the way the bed was made and looked. Need extra pillows or blanket for the pull out bed. Ice machine was also out of order on the 2nd floor, lobby Ice machine did work. Morning break fast was good at 6am fully stocked and clean. over all not bad for 2 adult 2 kids $150? They were out of the 2 queens when we booked.

The staff appears to be quite helpful. The room had a humid smell & I killed two tiny roaches. Orher than that it was a one night stay.

The cover for exhaust fan was hanging off fan in bathroom Checking out was waiting for someone to come to front. No sign no bell and no one for several minutes.

Check in was a breeze. The room clean and comfy. Though bed was little too firm for me. Had breakfast but not much of choice. Still nice. Would stay here again. Reasonably priced.

AC didn’t work in room, bathroom wasn’t in good shape and your site said there was a fitness room and I was told there wasn’t.

price high for the area. terrible wifi, I had to sign in every time I returned to my room. and the sign on had to be done over and over. when I complained about it. the desk person first fixed it, then the next time the different desk person just said, " well, I can sign on" and that was that.
never the same person, when I left. there was no one around so that I could check out. I just left my room key on the desk. no bananas for breakfast ... blah, crummy hotel.

Breakfast was very limited in my opinion.
The faucet handle in the bathtub fell off when I tried to use it so I could not take a shower before a meeting.

Renovations were in progress. No exercise room available. Told rooms were renovated but air conditioner failed, commode tank lid was not for that commode, no hair trap in shower, lamp flickering seems dangerous, breakfast eggs were same for 2 days, carpet and tile were stored on entry driveway.

Cleaniness and housekeeping was great. Didnt like the night clerk and over charging on the agreed amount Expedia and I agreed to. Second time this has happen. I will use something else.

The room itself was fine, however, being the first room next to the lobby meant absolutely ZERO sleep. People yelling at all hours of the night, pipeline guys in and out all night loud as can be. I wouldn’t stay here again

OK place to stay but it’s under construction was a little pricey for the stay unfortunately there was a vehicle stolen in the parking lot while we were staying there so they have no night security

As soon as I walked in you smell how clean it was. Overall the lounge and room were very cleaned a homey feel. Absolutely the best hotel by far.

We had a King Suite that’s supposed to sleep 4. When we looked for sheets for the fold out couch, there were none. We went ahead and pulled out the couch before requesting bedding and found old, used bedding on the couch bed. Took it off and went down to ask for bedding, we were informed that they don’t offer bedding for fold out couches, they’re only for sitting.
We also had no hand soap, we were given just 1 coffee packet, the property appears to be under renovation but it’s poor work and our room had holes in the wall, tons of water/wood rot in the bathroom, you just don’t get the vibe that the property is genuinely cleaned or well cared for and of course, not providing bedding for fold out couches when it’s advertised as places to sleep made this one a no for us. We will not return.

Very dated hotel. Doing remodeling. Lobby area is nice do to remodel. The rooms need a lot of work. Horrible patch job on the ceiling in the bathroom. Bathroom fan was partially hanging down and had mold in it.
