Stayed due to poor weather in LaGuardia, dated but nice enough, great staff ! Quick to LaGuardia with no traffic, but about 55 dollars via taxi or Uber. Clean, quiet, warm.

We stayed for one night due to an emergency hospitalization of a family member. We didn't need or ask for much, just checked in. The front desk staff was polite and efficient. My only issue is that at check in I signed a form stating that there was a $250 for smoking. I don't smoke and never have so no issue on my side. However the hallway both when you enter from the parking area and near my room were inundated with the smell of marijuana. Thankfully the smell didn't permeate our room.

Second stay! Very nice. The breakfast offerings are diverse and fresh.But it lasts until 10:00 and I sleep late. Also, more room for open luggage which is how lazy I am. I miss room service, everywhere.

The room was nice, the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. The remotes for the tv were a little problematic (we had to change the channels manually on the tv).

We stayed for 2 nights, overall the staff was friendly and helpful, rooms were nice but unfortunately only my bed was very uncomfortable. I informed the staff and they said that they will fix the issue

Room and bathroom a bit small for my liking ,needs microwave in every room, staff for the most part was great but a bit understaffed. Get those poor people some help!!!

The bed was so comfortable the room is a little on the small side, but very cozy.

The property was clean

a couple checked in the next room was having a wild session, meaning the walls are thin or not insulated.. and the new popeyes across was having something done on the sidewalk close to 11pm and it was loud (we thought it was the heater).. someone had called our room at 2am too, with gibberish i didnt understand but i was too tired to give a damn. will not likely come back, but it was my first.. the gentleman who checked us in was a very nice man, i can tell. but this is regarding the property too, not the staff demeanor. there were signs of poor maintenance and the parking lot isn't secured so do not leave anything valuable inside. air-conditioning is heating only, for cooling you have to open the window. toilet flushes slowly.

Check in was easy and fast. Room was clean, was very quiet. I like how the staff did a courtesy text and it was very easy to request something.

The most ghetto place we’ve ever stayed. We had a few people stay for our wedding. One of them had no shower, just a drain next to their toilet. The curtains don’t close, the hot water doesn’t get hot, the rooms are beyond tiny. The worst part is the mattress and pillows. Felt like an old fashioned pull out couch

Area was close to the highway and shops....Room was clean, however, they need to change out the curtains they where soiled and visible to the eyes....didn't want to toich it. Bed...the mattress sunk to much for me it should be firm....

This guy was watching me go into my room and there was property damage right in front of my room. There was a loud noise outside of my door.

Elevator not best system. Stairs inconvenient to lobby/ guest rooms. Rooms were nice and decent breakfast included.

I stayed 3 nights, the breakfast was very good & with plenty of options. They had free parking and close to the hywys. The neighborhood was very safe and you could walk around & find different food options. I will definitely return here on my next visit.

I booked was Queen size bed and studio But, checked in was terrible full size bed and no cleaning at all. I was very disappointed and selective this location. I was not happy at all since I checked in. If I cancel, I didn’t have place to stay, so I’d to live w that. It is the worst place I’ve even seen. I paid for high price on those days. I’m very disappointed

felt safe inside. Checkin process was fine. Very nice front desk staff. overall pleased. Were there just for a 5-6 hour stay so did not take advantage of free breakfast.... wishing we could have received a discount- prices are high.

Breakfast was great, but hotel felt old. What I mean is for price I paid there should have been more.

The location is great and easy to get around. Hotel is small and cozy. Very clean, breakfast is good and is included. Room is clean and beds comfortable and there's even a fridge and coffeemaker in the room. All by all a simple but clean hotel with a great location. LIRR station is only a 15 min walk from the hotel and in less than 20 min you are in Manhattan. I had a great stay and will not doubt to stay again in the future.
