Room was very basic, like Motel 6 style without the bargain price. The floors were cheap vinyl that made every footstep very loud. When we arrived there was no one at the front desk or in the lobby area. I had to stand around for about 10 minutes before someone showed up to check us in.

not a great choice given the nicer hotels available for just a bit more. hotel is on the FAR end of town from anything, adjacent to the highway and nothing else, and is noisy - all laminate floors and traffic noise. it's on one of the scuzziest sections of Route 66 I've seen, and that is saying something. it's not so much that this hotel is flat out nasty, it's just disappointing and sterile with a mediocre breakfast and indifferent service, and for a few bucks more you could stay at a slightly nicer place further off the freeway with a better breakfast. I regret staying here and will be more careful to look at the map before booking next time, gallup is a nasty town and choosing a bad hotel just makes it feel nastier, but there are better choices on the far end of town.

I feel the reviews were not correct and makes me wonder if they might have been fake. The bed and pillows were horrible and I barely slept at all. Woke up with a stiff neck. I definitely will not be back

We spent the night here. We were hesitant at first but soon we realized it was a great decision. Check in was very easy. The staff were friendly. The rooms were very clean. The only thing was dirty was the little stool by the entry, the one to put the luggage on. But that's not a big deal.

Hotel was clean, neat and well maintained. Bed was comfortable, pillow nice. Staff was friendly and nice.

WiFi doesn’t work and you have to find a tiny button on the TV to turn it on or change the volume. The remote works for cable but not the TV. I had to call the front desk to have the TV turned on but if you want to lower the volume you have get up and find the tiny button. I don’t think they care about this inconvenience. For $20 more I could have stayed at a normal hotel. Not the end of the world but after 10 hours of driving you you want a normal hotel. Don’t recommend.

Gallup, New Mexico is kind of an ugly town. But the hotel was very clean good breakfast good facilities

The paint was peeling on the bathroom walls and the shower didn't drain properly. One of the pillows had yellow stains on it. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The AC worked well and there were plenty of outlets.

Room was nice and well maintained

It was a nice place. The only thing I didn't like is the toilet was a tight fit.

Nice hotel and reasonably priced. The check in person was really nice and helpful. Rooms were clean and everything worked in the room. The coffee was better quality than most hotels.

My complete stay was very comfortable.

Wonderful experience. We had our 20ft trailer and truck and parked in the back lot which is very brightly lit. Front desk staff friendly and efficient. Room clean and quiet. Bed comfy. Breakfast good with cold and hot items. Loved the staff at breakfast! Highly recommend this hotel.

I say easy parking if you know about the large lot to the left and behind the hotel where campers, semi's, etc can park. Charging stations for electric cars are available. Front desk personnel very nice. Continental breakfast is good. Room is clean, mattress comfy.

Wasn't able to cancel my reservation and got charged for two room rates which were out of my control due to weather conditions and all the highways closed. For things out of my control I would think they would make an exception to reservations.

Breakfast could be improved!

The hotel was nice and just what we needed when traveling through the area. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean and breakfast was great. The staff was very polite and helpful.

Terrible breakfast and the bathroom wasn't clean.

Clean, comfortable, quiet. Even my wife thought it was clean...a first! Took a while to get hot water in our room, guess we were at the wnd of the line, but once we got it, it was abundant. Breakfast was pretty basic. We would stay again.

The bed is firm and very comfortable, the shower and bathroom are modern in the shower. Pressure is great. The shower products are really nice. I love that there’s no carpeting, however, I was woken up at 5 AM by people upstairs getting ready they need to make the floors more soundproof if there’s not gonna be any carpeting. The biggest problem is all of the rooms have white privacy shade a new drapes. The shades are not light proof and so if the light bothers you when you’re sleeping, this is not the best hotel for you. If they simply hung up privacy, blackout, shades or drapes, this would be a top-notch hotel. Love that they have electric car charging on site.

Great stay for the money

This property is right off the freeway. No navigating through town to find this place. it has plenty of parking and several gas stations around the propeorty. If you're looking for a place to rest with out the hassel of Gallup NM traffic then this is the place for you. If you like firm mattresses, then this place is for you.

We were headed across the country for a family emergency and it was a quick overnight stay. We were in a hurry to checkout to get on the road and left a bag in the room. The hotel staff contacted us within an hour to let us know, by that time we were already to far away to turn around and come back. The hotel kept the bag until we came back through and we are so thankful that they did that and everything was present. Trustworthy, clean, kind and a comfortable stay despite our current family emergency. Will definitely stay again if we are in the area!
