We arrived to Wynn, where it should be our 8th stay in last 3 years just to be informed that Expedia messed up with our reservation putting us in Encore (has never been my first choice) instead of Wynn. It was such of disappointment after 30 minutes in check in line. No Wynn's fault, but as a travel agent I do not believe that Expedia are hiding Encore rooms under Wynn Resort name by itself. Yes, we got upgraded, as the part of our booking. Room was perfect as usual. Encore looks like a smaller sister. Quiet, less restaurants, smaller crowd, smaller casino. Which could be very good for some people. All rooms controls are on iPad, which is not convenient at all. I could not find the option to check out on TV, call to front desk was not picked at all. We had to check out old way and thank you to Caesar, the check out was flawless, we had very nice conversation with him. By the way my request to postpone the check out for 1 hour was denied. One hour only, and the answer was we cannot. After I stayed in Wynn 9 times. You do not appreciate the loyalty anymore? With so many options available in Las Vegas I do not think I am going to recommend Wynn/Encore to my clients anymore.

I have stayed at Wynn Las Vegas multiple times, and each visit reaffirms why I keep coming back. The hotel's decor and design are truly captivating, creating a luxurious and inviting atmosphere. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcomed and valued. The rooms are beautifully appointed, providing a comfortable and relaxing retreat. The bed is so comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. And let's not forget the excellent food served in the restaurants, offering a culinary experience that delights the taste buds. Wynn Las Vegas is truly a gem in the heart of Las Vegas, and I can't wait to return for another unforgettable stay.

Booked a normal non-smoking room. Arrived and only had smoking rooms available. No other choice, no upgrade. Called to order food as was arriving late. Spent literally 20 min waiting for RS to answer, no answer. Tons of hallway noise, no amenities in the room, not even a tea kettle. Mediocre hotel masquerading as a legit establishment.

The room is decorated with great taste and also is fully controled by alexa. We tried 3 restaurants here and they all were great.

This is an average hotel with an above average rating. There are specific qualities akin to a 5 star hotel that this does not offer.
It does have a classier lobby with a great room service menu. The staff were kind and helpful.
The room is a bit dated and stuffy.
The lamps all either go on all together or go off all together which is not practical. You can turn your bedside light on and off for example, only a fully lit room.
Average duvet and bedding, not plush luxury.
Generic and brandless/not clean chemically, personal amenities
No makeup wipes

The Wynn is the best hotel in Vegas. Everything is so well done - pricy but worth it if you are willing to pay a little extra over the other hotels. Room was updated, food was excellent everywhere and the atmosphere is classy and always well taken care of.

I have stayed at Wynn plenty of times and have seen views of the Sphere when it was being built. On my recent stay I went for a special occasion and asked for a view of the Sphere. I was told I would have to pay $100 extra per night to have said view. Warning for everyone thinking of doing the same. DON'T PAY EXTRA! I had a panoramic view of a golf course with a sliver of the Sphere visible. I love the hotel but the staff has changed from being service oriented to money hungry trying to find any excuse to charge extra.

Freat stay-cation celebrating our 15 year wedding anniversary. My wife and i got married at the Wynn and it was great getting back.. we were upgraded when we arrive to a great room. Very special. Nothing but great things to say about the room and the staff.

After the resort fee they charged $40.00 to park. We were put in the wrong tower and had a long walk to correct their error. Valet was rude and slow. The check in clerk was very edgy. We stay in Las Vegas fairly often but I don’t think we will be back in this

everything was good , except for missing coffee tea station and hot warter kettle in the room, i don’t want to wake up and have no means of even having a glass of hot water in the room, and shower pressure was really low and annoying

The Wynn offers a luxurious feel and a griendly enviroment.
Our check in was easy and simple. The ro9m was wonderful and all Alexa controlled.

Our stay was great. The room was spacious and clean and the bed was super comfortable! The only issue we had was that the wifi was down on Friday and it took several hours to be restored, which was an inconvenience. Aside from that, we had a great experience.

The wearing of masks by employees must end. A recent Crawford study shows conclusively that they do not work. The mask is a political virtue signalling statement by your employees. It is offensive & abusive to guests, many of whom still suffer from Covid PTSD. We came to Vegas to get away from Canada, which has become one of the most WOKE countries in the world. The first person we met at Wynn was a receptionist wearing a cloth mask. Fun & WOKE politics do not mix. Please prohibit wearing of masks by employees.
