Room was basic and expected considering the price. Only complaint was the heater is extremely loud. I had to unplug it so I could sleep. Woke up to a chilly room

Property and room was good. Only thing is the water at one point has pressure issues and turned grey/brown for a minute. Little strange- besides that everything was perfect. I appreciated the mouth wash and how tidy my room was after housekeeping came! Front desk was very sweet as well.

Very comfortable room and nice to have Starbucks downstairs for a quick breakfast. A lot of amenities in the area and very quiet hotel.

I had higher hopes for the hotel. I had stayed there many years ago and it was amazing. Now it was just ok. The room was ok the pillows could use an replace the fridge needs to be replaced I think it was leaking. About 20 mins after we checked in we noticed a tissue on the floor just down the hall from our room and a used water bottle by the elevator. We checked in at 230 Saturday afternoon. Leaving at 8 am Sunday morning those items were still there. There should be somebody walking the floors to make sure things are tidy.

Great property but the parking lot was packed on a Saturday night. Had a very hard time finding a spot.

The room was nice and clean, very modern. The staff the the front were nice but seemed a bit confused with a couple things when I was checking in and out. All was good, worked out well in the end.

Had a great time in casino. Staff was wonderful had a problem with fridge came tight up to fix. Would stay again.

Excellent service from the staff. Kind of a dirty area around the back of the hotel but we walked around at night and felt safe. Lots of amazing thrift stores within walking distance. Beds weren’t super comfortable and the rooms could really use a deep clean. (Dusty and dirty in all the corners, baseboards).

Stay here often. Staff are friendly. The facilities are clean. Was a little disappointed my request for a common mobility aid(chair for shower) was unavailable but will always stay here or Coast Abby when in the region.

Good Room except the TV did not work and the Air conditioner was noisy. From Desk person Iryna finally moved me to another room which was fine ; she was very helpful in addressing problems and helping to move me. There is no room guide re TV operation or A/C operation. Next to big casino but no problem. Not good area of town

It’s our go to place to stay when we are in the area.

Our stay was very nice with one unfortunate exception. While we had hoped to sleep in later through the morning after a wedding the day before the room alarm clock was set for and armed to go off at 6am. It would be a great routine if housekeeping staff ensured that previous alarms are turned off prior to new guests checking in.

If you want to swim in a pool, or enjoy a hot tub, this place is not for you. Most hotels have a pay per view option for current in theatre movies. This place only has basic cable. No smart tv to allow you to sign into Netflix, Amazon Prime etc either. Finally, If you want room service, a necessity for a "conference" centre, this place is also not for you. You can use services like Skip the Dishes and get cold food only.
The only standout thing was the poker room. It, and the staff, are fantastic!
Overall not impressed and just can't recommend it.

Bar staff very friendly and accommodating. Food, drinks and service at Atlas Steakhouse wonderful.
The hotel itself, while bright and with a nice colour scheme, is dated and shows signs of missed upkeep (chips in the walls, peeling wall paper.
