Staff is very nice. The room was filthy. It was advertised as non-smoking but there were cigarette butts in the sink drain. Two cockroaches (live) greeted us during our stay. The sheet covering the box spring has brown stains. Lamp shade was broken and filthy. Fire alarm had been removed (see photo). The electrical panel with the breakers exposed had been painted over several times. They had installed a hanging light fixture in the first room of the two room area and had exposed wiring connections outside of an electrical junction box. It’s noisy - which is to be expected at a location so close to the airport- but the gun shots heard in the night were a little unnerving. The sink was pulled away from the wall. Inside of fridge was dirty. There had been a water leak at some point, which damaged the floor near the fridge and created separations in the flooring. I would not recommend staying here.

This was the nastiest place I’ve ever stayed. Absolutely disgusting. The ONLY redeeming quality is that it’s walking distance to SoFi.

Right off the bat, this proved to be an unsafe area. I pulled into the “parking lot” and there were numerous people surrounding the “hotel” that were on drugs. The front desk worker has a plexiglass situation going on, which to me suggested he felt unsafe in this environment as well. Anyway, I checked in and went to my room to find a comforter that had holes throughout it as if someone tore it up and a lightbulb in the bathroom that seemed to be covered in blood. The toilet also had holes in it which was disturbing and the toilet paper roll was half used. I saw a “house keeping” woman, but wondered if anyone had been in our room to clean it out? The bathroom also had this lingering smell of old piss and a dirty towel over the shower. For the 45 minutes that we decided to stay in the hotel room, we heard violent yelps from what seemed like a woman being harassed right outside the room. I could go on, but I’ll stop here. P.S. decided to not stay the night and drove home instead and was not offered a refund. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Dirty. Loud.smelled of urine. Lots of people clearly under illegal substance influence. Tiny specks of blood on wall. People definitely shoot up in there. Location was terrible. The hot water faucet was broken and water was cold. Did not get my money back

BEWARE! STAY AWAY! JUST SAY NO! Property is not as shown on website.. very run down, dirty, people living in rooms as apartments .. noisy .. windows and doors don't shut properly.. DIRTY .. light with no bulb.. no internet .. stained towels .. my daughter and I chose it as a stopover after flying into LAX.. said free shuttle (nope) .. VERY SKETCHY and seedy part of town . seemed VERY UNSAFE .. we didn't use any of the water in the sink ... we didn't sleep under the covers... we slept on top of the bed fully clothed while the person below us played LOUD music with their door open until 3AM. Couldn't wait to get out of there! This place should be shut down!

False advertising!!! There was no free shuttle service to and from the airport, costing us an additional $39. No coffee available. For the same amount we spent at this run- down, dingy hotel, we could have been at the Hilton! It’s in a part of the city where it didn’t feel safe to walk outside.

The pictures and descriptions DO NOT MATCH what we experienced. I would have left but it was Super Bowl weekend and no other options were available. There are no restaurants, bars, or pool at this sight. Well, yes they are there, but closed. And there is no mini bar or food of any kind available. I had a double room and there was only one TV and no remote. The other room still had the TV hardware on the wall. Plants were growing through both windows and there were NO CHAIRS to sit on to watch TV. Total deception in advertising. Isn't that ILLEGAL??? Not a safe neighborhood. Homeless people everywhere. There was no airport shuttle or car rental on-site. How can these people maintain a license to operate?!

Scariest travel experience of my life- this place is a crack house and I felt like I was goi g to be shot or robbed. It is NOTHING like any pics online. Do not stay here. I felt like I could get Hepatitis or bedbugs by just touching anything. Literally would have preferred to sleep on the airport floor for 12 hours.

The place has no shuttle pick up, bar is closed, the refrigerator is NOT stock on picture, hotel has NO ICE machine. Not a good place

I hated the property.Please do not book this property.I felt unsafe.There were homeless people outside the property and lots of weird sort of homeless people living inside as well.The reception had cameras throughout the property.The property was old,filthy and scary.No lifts.Really felt unsafe to stay there.Since my flight had reached late and I had no option in the night ,I stayed.But slept with the light on the entire night as was scared to death that someone would come and rob me or something.Please please do not stay or book this property.It is the worst I have ever stayed .This property should be banned from Expedia as it is an unsafe property .The people staying at this property seemed wierd and dangerous. Photos on hotels.com did not match the room I walked in to. The sheets were stained. Bathroom missing light bulbs and overall unclean.

It could be alot better is not what you see in pictures is more underground and weird people stays there.

We were under the impression they had shuttle service to and from LAX (as stated on the website). Once we got to LAX, it took us 20 minutes to get through on the phone, at which point we were told there was no shuttle service. Lobby doors were filthy. The room was dusty, broken/sagging tile floor in the bathroom, stained/dirty washcloth was left in the shower, bottom of the front door was rotting away. Would NOT stay here with kids. Walking distance from Sofi Stadium.

No place to park! Very limited parking. Looks like prostitution going on outside of it. Don’t bring your kids here. Not a family environment. Walked inside they did not have my reservation so I cancelled with them and thru Expedia. Pictures made this place look decent.

Im glad they let me park in the gate. The place was nasty. Dirty carpet. Dirty restrooms. Place smelled with a stinch that stayed on you. Roaches. Tv didnt work. Windows were broke and vines growing through them.

They insisted on a $100 USD security deposit in CASH & they wouldn't give a receipt for it saying that the reception is monitored by CCTV. When I challenge them on that saying it's questionable business practices they decided not to take a deposit for me. The rooms are atrocious. I suspect its a refuge for homeless people to get a show & a bed for once a week (rightly so) but this hotel should no be make available to tourists & business travellers.....AVOID

The pictures look great. Cockroach infested, dirty floors, cigarette holes on the comforters, just disgusting overall. Don't know how they can charge so much for a dump.

How this hotel got a rating of 4.7 is beyond me. Everything about the place Showed it has not been updated in years! Old , dirty, non stretched carpet, needed painting, old dared, non matching furniture, dirty old bedspread, tile falling off wall in bathroom. Smoke detector missing. No Mention, till arrival of $100 cash deposit required before check-in and they do not give you a receipt we asked. It was retuned. On leaving there was a dead rat laying in the walkway 10 ft from the front door. We watched .a employee/ owner, step over but not pick up the critter. Hope the comments help all involved to do a better job!

This property has ROACHES! Mold in the bedroom window. Old towels that look like rags. They also rent weekly so there's people who live in property. I wouldn't book this place for my dog. Skip this one! Expedia needs to take this property of their site. I have been trying to get a refund for days while in vacation in Hawaii. No luck. Terrible customer service on top of waking up to roaches by our pillows. It was even roaches in the TV. Baby roaches on our personal items. Just nasty!
