The stay was very nice and the room was very clean and comfortable.

My husband sat in chair and was injured, fell and hit his head . They gave me garbage bag to get my own ice.
No one check on him the remainder of stay nor upon checkout

Stood inline to check in for thirty minutes, too long, not good first impression. I will say the lady at the front desk was friendly, helpful and nice.
Tried to get food at the restaurant, Friday night at 6:30pm, sat down and waited, a women came over who we told we were ready to order and she said there were two in front of us and walked away.we sat there 20 minutes waiting for her to come back to us and she didn’t. We had to order from DoorDash. Very disappointing.
I have to give a shout out to the employee in the bright green shirt, he went around to all the guests welcoming us. He had a bright and cheery attitude, don’t let this employee get away. He was the bright spot in an otherwise poor experience.
We do not plan on using this hotel on our future trips.

The front desk just give me a room without cleaning. The tip from last customer still there and the stuff on the bed is in a mess. Garbage can is full. They change a new one for me and definitely delayed my time for sleeping since I had driven for 8 hours from New York there to have a good rest and then to start keeping driving to Florida next morning. By the way, it says $16 for the breakfast on EXPEDIA but they charge me $30 for the breakfast at the front desk later. Everything is in disorder.

We like staying here with our kitty but the hotel is beginning to need some renovations. The desk chair wobbled, the rug needs cleaning, and the wear on the place is showing. Nice service though and enjoy the onsite restaurant.

TV needs to have a sleep-timer! Though we were given a $20.00 voucher for breakfast, there was no breakfast! Seems the cook went to get the server . . . but that was at 8:00 and we needed to get on the road. Please get a breakfast buffet - we could have at least had cereal and maybe some fruit.

We arrived at 6pm only to find the restaurant closed. One of the few reasons we stay there. Room was freezing. We had to leave until it warmed up. Plus no coffee although they had the pots no one prepared it. It was 7:45am. We’ll go to a Best Western next time. The reception at the front desk could have cared less when asked what happened. She just said she didn’t know, maybe they were sick.

Staff was friendly from start to finish. Hotel is nice and quiet. Absolutely love the Dove soap products. Only thing is the beds are not that comfortable. Other than that it’s a win!

The stop was the halfway point of our stay. The hotel is a little older but everything was clean and the bed was comfortable. That was our expectation and that was met.

Nice hotel plus was a full bar and restaurant. We ate a very good dinner and didn’t have to leave the hotel a nice treat after driving for several hours.

People were friendly. The TV in the room did not work. After a few calls and a visit to the front desk, they determined that it could not be fixed. They said they would give us a $20 credit, although I did not see that.

Put me on the same floor as barking dogs although I'm not checking in with a pet. Had to switch. Front desk service unable to provide proof of my stay? I have to wait for a manager to call me. Requested late check out 12p and was confirmed by front desk/put in the computer...still received a knock at the door by house keeping at 11a who said no one told them. Went to front desk, the lady said no one told her ..I said, look it up...she said I see it. Ok so just issues.

Hotels is nice but we checked in late and service originally told us the rest staying was closed and wouldn’t serve us, even though it was an hour before they closed.

We’ve always enjoyed this hotel, and had great service with really good quality and portions of food. This time seemed like maybe they have lost business and are unable to keep things in stock. We paid ahead for breakfast and upon ordering they were out of potatoes, fruit, waffles and pancakes. We had to ask for coffee station coffee to be replaced/refilled as it was empty. There were no tissues in our room and only a half a roll of toilet paper was supplied whereas there’s normally a backup roll in the dispenser. I’m sure I could have asked for more if needed it just made it appear that they might not be doing well enough to keep rooms fully stocked. I didn’t see many guests but it could also have been the time of year being early November.

Last minute booking. Called Holiday Inn direct from road. Was told the hotel was nearly booked and was offered a room for inflated price. Then went onto expedia and saved $125. Arrived at hotel to find it a nearly empty parking lot and very few guests,

Our room had not been cleaned. Dirty toilet and sink, hair on bathroom floor. Place was fully booked so we couldn’t ask for different room. We stayed here many times in the past, so this was beyond disappointing. As we checked out, I let the desk attendant know.

When the coffee was put out at 6 AM it was warm not HOT . The shower and sink in room 310 had warm water , the shower was not HOT at all !!!!

A little dingy. Wallpaper coming down in bathroom shower needs update , outdated step up into shower ,dangerous , Not very clean

The hotel was clean, but for more comfort I would have loved softer pillows that do not feel as if they are stuffed with newspaper and brighter lights in the bathroom around the mirror. Also, I new shower curtain that does not slide open and looks worn would be an improvement.

I have been double charged. They never had anything we asked for. Also when there was a problem with the plumbing they sat a plunger outside the door and expected for us to fix the problem. The hall was smelled wet like mildew there was holes is the ceiling and the night shift manager was rude and nasty

The property and rooms are a bit dated. It was clean. There is a restaurant on site. Food was nothing great but acceptable. The hotel lobby does not put out water carafes for you, there was coffee available, but no stirrers.

The staff at the hotel were all very friendly and helpful. We always stay here when we pass through this area. I highly recommend this hotel!

The Check-in was SLOW (Computer issues). The worst was the sewer smell in the Hallway next to our room.
Property is in need of some upgrades and repairs. They didn't serve Buffet Breakfast like most Hotels do. You ordered from a Menu. However, we were not told what hours the Kitchen was operational for Breakfast. We arrived at 0945 and the Waitress said the Kitchen was about to close. Nonetheless, she took our orders and the Breakfast was decent. We left her a good tip. Will not stay there again.
