After leaving the hotel I received a notification that my credit card had been charged for the room. I had already paid through the app. So I called to tell them. They said they would get it taken off. Then I received another charge. So I called them to ask what it was for. They said it was for tax, even though I was charged tax also through the app. They said they don’t get paid for the tax from hotels.com. So I was charged tax twice. I also had to call 6 times before they answered the phone. I asked for my itinerary number to send an email to their corporate office and the number they gave me didn’t work.
Also the shower would not drain. The breakfast was terrible.

Eveyone at the hotel is fabulous. I just wish the shower had a little more pressure.

Everything was great except the GM (I’m guessing) parking her Tesla in loading/unloading area every day. This area should be used for guests/not staff! When we left on Saturday, because the Tesla was parked where it was, multiple guests had to schlep their suitcases and carts across the iced over parking lot to get to their vehicles. I get that the hotel was not super busy but the staff, managers included should be parking in parking spots so that the guests are not inconvenienced. Staff was great, bed was comfortable, coffee was not good.

Not the worst, but not great. The building and furniture is out of date, but the size of the room was great. The pool was very clear, this was excellent! This hotel is listed to have an arcade/game room, but it does not.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming as soon as we walked in the door. There were two things that I found annoying. the fridge in the room had a horrible humming noise and the snow removal in the parking lot was no existent.

Price was good, beds were bouncy but comfortable, service was excellent. The only thing I wasn’t happy about was the paper thin walls (could hear complete conversations) and the shower. Not much for pressure and the shower head really small. I would stay again.

The carpets were filthy, of the 3-rd. floor there was trash and half empty water bottles and a cup full of some kind of liquid. I was there for 3 days. When I turned my bed down there was several long black hairs in the bed. There was a used town hanging on the back of the bathroom door. It was not a pleasant experience.

We enjoyed our stay. It was quiet. The beds weren’t the best but they were ok. The kids loved the swimming pool. Breakfast had good options and tasted fresher than at some other hotels we’ve stayed at.

The room was okay. The staff was nice. They are in the middle of renovations so, things are kind of a mess but it's understandable and they did their best to accommodate people throughout the process.

Very comfortable and clean. Friendly staff. Nice pool and hot tub. Waterpark in the hotel would be great for kids. Our only issue was a glitch in the fire alarm system during the night. I'm sure that oops won't be repeated. Best hotel of our trip so far. Absolutely recommend.

It is a modern well maintaned property. The response to customers leaves lots to be desired. Rochelle at the front desk could be replaced by a robot for all of the personality that was conveyed. GM lady was similarly devoid of enthusiasm when encoundered later. The houskeeper smiled, greeted just like you would want to be treated as a (paying) guest.

Our rooms were comfortable and the breakfast was great. We did have a problem with one of our rooms. The air conditioning didn't work. They were switched to a second room and it was locked somehow from the inside. Switched rooms again only this time they got double beds instead of queens beds. We know that a renovation is to take place this winter so it will be more up to date.

Room smelled of stale smoke - probably in the old carpet. Windows did not open. Very limited breakfast and bad coffee. Pool area was good, and (apart from the smell) room was sufficient.

The “queen” beds were tiny. No way they were queens, they had to have been a double bed. The pillows were round balls of feather that somehow immediately made your neck hurt and offered zero support. There was a spotlight for the building that shined directly into our room.

Stayed one night on the way to Yellowstone. Very clean, comfortable, larger room, plenty of space. Has a pool the kids used as well. Fit our needs.

Front desk staff were not helpful on several occasions and seemed more concerned about their own personal tasks than helping or responding to guests.
Bathroom tub was not clean. Trash/debris in corners of room. Blackout curtains off track. This facility needs some TLC and the staff needs some courtesy and hospitality training.
