Very nice... The room was clean.

My wife and I booked our stay here for our trip to see family and grandchildren. Hotel was easily accessible, and check-in was quick. We noticed right away that staff was cleaning throughout the entire hotel. All staff that we met during our stay were very friendly and welcoming, and service was excellent.
Room was clean, and the housekeeping staff was outstanding. When we return for visits, we’ll always stay here, keep up the great work!

Check-in service was terrible. I tried to check in only 30 minutes before 1500. They said no rooms were available yet. The parking lot was empty. Desk clerk said she was doing laundry and checking rooms. However, she then left and walked out of the building to a vehicle and sat in the vehicle.

The water pressure in the shower was extremely low and the toilet had bad stains in the inside as if it hadn't been cleaned in a while. There was no body wash nor lotion in the dispensers in the bathroom and the shampoo and conditioner bottles appeared as if there had been water added to the bottles for the appearance of something being in them.
There was no signage up to inform of the pool closure. I took my children to enjoy it and noticed there were no unused available towels so I went to the front desk to inquire about pool towels. There was a gentleman that appeared to tell me that the pool was closed and the state hadn't been there to inspect it, therefore noone was to be in it. Once I questioned as to why there were no signs he only looked at me, restated his initial response and asked me to wait while he went to get me towels then specified that I make certain that I get my children out of the pool.

Do not stay in this area. Apparently someone is letting people know when people from out of town come into the area and the wait until around 4am to shatter your car window and steal your stuff. Police said it’s been happening a lot lately and possibly and inside job. So employees could be involved.

If you stay in this hotel, do not plan on getting any sleep. The door slamming will keep you awake until the last guest checks in and wake you up as soon as the first leaves their room in the morning. I'm not saying it is intentional by the guests. The doors themselves naturally slam with all of the subtlety of a howitzer. This could be easily remedied with a few strategically placed rubber bumpers on the door frames but that doesn't appear to be something the management is too concerned about. There are quieter hotels within sight of this one and next time I'm in town I will stay in one of them.

Staff was very welcoming and friendly. Nice, spacious room with good amenities. Very, very quiet on the 4th floor. Lots of good resto/shopping nearby (short driving dist.)
Would recommend that management add a "night light" in the bathroom. There is only one switch that turn on all lights. It's way too bright at night. Our bathroom door opens inside the bathroom making it difficult to get in and move around. We are small people, just can't imagine what's like for plus size people. It should open into the bedroom (plenty of space for that).

We were checked into a room that already had an occupant. Once we moved to another room one of the window blinds was missing. I bought a breakfast bar and realized after we left and had the first bite that it was stale. Checked the expiration date and it was six months out of date! When we tried to check out there was no one working the desk and couldn’t be found. One of the breakfast buffet workers made a note that we were buying the breakfast bar that was out of date!

The staff was extremely nice. The first room they put us in there was a dollar general bag wrapped around the smoke detector and the room smelled like an ashtray and the bed sheets and comforter was wet. The second room they put us in the toilet constantly ran, the sheets and comforter were wet, and there was no shower curtain.
The front desk was great at getting our money returned but the hotel looks nothing like the pictures.
Very disappointing especially with it being a Hilton Inn. Really expect more from them.

The staff, especially TINA, was outstanding! 5/5 stars. I could not get any hot water in the bathroom sink and it took forever to get hot water in the shower. Also, there was a problem with the toilet plunger. Every time I flushed I had to take off the lid & force the plunger back down so tank would fill up. Frustrating.

Woke up to a huge cockroach on the floor. I grabbed a bath towel since I didn’t want to make a mess with my shoe. I hit it four times and it rolled over, not dead, but stunned. I covered it with the trash can, in case it woke up. I told the lady behind the counter that there was a cockroach underneath the trash can in my room. She said she spoke to the manager about it, and nothing could be done about it, since I paid through Expedia. I did not pay over $200 to spend the night with a cockroach. I have photos to prove it, if necessary.

We were on the 4th floor. When we went to take showers, the water didn't work.. We went to the desk and they told us to "turn it on for about 5 minutes and it will start working". We did. It did. I got in the shower and it stopped twice while I was in the shower. I had to stand there for minutes waiting before it started working again... That's unacceptable.

The sleeping and living areas were fine but the bathroom overall needs deep cleaning . The shower floor was not clean and there is mildew in the corners , the toilet does not flush properly .

The room looked clean but it didn't smell good, I called the reception to have them put some air freshener, I put the air conditioning at 65 to help. the window curtain was electric and it didn't work, for the price I paid these are details that should have consider.
