Great service at the front desk. Room was nice and clean. Breakfast was perfect had several options. Would definitely return.

I came for a quick trip to pick up some wine. It started with thevfront desk person, Arnold, who couldn't have been sweeter. He accommodated my request for a room with bars in the shower (mobility issues) even ran upstairs to check if it would work for me. Then helped me with my bag. He was so great. Room was spacious, clean and had one of the most comfortable beds ive had in a hotel. Breakfast was about what you'd expect, not great but better than most. Thoroughly enjoyed my night there. Ill be back!

Everything was mostly fine. Overall a good deal. The AC unit was finicky. The light near the door kept going off when it was turned on. The beds are high so if you're short you need to take a running start to jump in 😆. Bfast was included but I only ate the English muffin and cream cheese. There were eggs that were fine for hotel eggs. The front desk staff were very pleasant. However you can't hit the front desk button on the phones to reach them.

Chose this hotel because of it's high ratings and my spouse & I wanted to be centrally located in Northern Sonoma County wine country. Wanted a more economical place so we could spend our money on wine & restaurants. Room 215 has a king sz bed & a good size balcony overlooking the pool. In March, it was a little too cold to use it. We never saw or made it to the indoor hot tub, so I cannot comment on that. The included breakfast area was well maintained & offered the usual staples of food that satisfied us. The parking lot did appear small. The road to get out of the parking lot can be busy & difficult to turn left out of. Windsor was quaint & our dinner at Kin was good! Easy drive to Healsburg. The bowling alley next door was tempting, but we did not go.Cute candy store in town called Cravin's Candy Emporium is worth a visit, they have gelato too! I would stay here again.

Will definitely stay again! Just need some work on fan thats quite a bit loud.

Booked on Hotels.com king suite with jetted tub and balcony. Was put in room with no balcony and was told there were not balconies. There definitely are as I walked around. It was a huge deal but it did feel like a bait and switch.

Always a great place to stay.
