What you can expect from a hotel in this class.

The room was clean and comfortable. My only complaint was that housekeeping came in while we were out and I wasn’t expecting it. I appreciated the clean towels and freshly made bed etc, I just wasn’t expecting it.

The location can be deceiving, but once you enter the office and rooms, it is a different experience. The location is within walking distance of several shops and restaurants. The customer service is top notch, we had a problem with the air conditioning the last night we were there and they quickly moved us to another room. My wife and I will return for our next yearly vacation.

Staff was great, room was decent. Neighborhood was sketchy with many sirens including right behind building.

Reception staff were very welcoming and helpful. I felt that they really cared about the quality of the service they were providing.
The room looked dated but was very comfortable. Unfortunately, the bathroom had a smell of stale urine, which I reported to the staff. They appreciated my telling them and said they would do something about it.
The overall appearance of the motel and pool area was excellent. Parking was directly outside of each room, which was very convenient.
Breakfast was very good.
My stay represented excellent value for money and I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

We came down for a funeral, so that was sad. But I'd like to say it was so very nice to stay at the super 8 period

Would have given a higher rating, but there was no cold water for showers at 7 a.m. Kinda blows the day when you clean up with cold water.

My feet were higher than my head because the bed sagged toward the head. The pillows were hard as rocks and felt like golf balls were inside. Bathroom could have been cleaner. The girl at the front desk, Rommy, was the only bright spot. She was excellent.

For the price I thought it would be a nice hotel in a better area.Plus I found a bug in the room and wasn't too happy.

It was adequate for what we needed, a place to sleep and shower. Room was pretty run down, but clean. Breakfast was actually pretty good, lots of choices. Road noise was bad due to it being close to the very busy road. Lots of dining choices in area. Had to unplug the air/heat unit because the button to turn the fan off did not work and fan was running constantly.

Bed was OK. Breakfast was hot (eggs n sausage) cold items so that added value. The night check in attendant was both very polite and accommodating.

Can I upload photos? Hole in wall, spiders in tub, trash near toilet, curtains don’t close all the way, slime in coffee pot. Expedia rated this hotel an 8. The issue is Expedia, not the hotel. A dumpy hotel can be a dumpy hotel, Expedia should rate it accordingly and not out families at risk. I paid for this hotel and did not stay, Expedia won’t refund because I called after the check-in time, and the hotel can’t refund because I booked and paid through Expedia .Expedia customer service agents don’t possess the comprehensive understanding of the American use of the English language, and are unable to understand that the Expedia rating is the issue, not the hotel; the agent’s attempt to resolve was to call the hotel and ask the clerk to clean the room, which clearly does not resolve holes in the wall, insects, or security needed at the sketchy location.

Check in/out was easy. Staff was helpful and polite. Breakfast was decent. Nosie level was great. Location was good.
However, and I can't stress this enough. The room was filthy. Cobwebs in the corners, dead bugs on the counter, dirt and grime on every surface, wrappers in the corner of the floor, and the room smelt like dirty mop water. I took picks if you want them.
Also, the dresser drawer had a hole in it.
Overall, I wouldn't book here again despite the other aspects being okay. Its just too dirty.

The owner was very helpful/ The breakfast was a step above the normal breakfast with egg and sausage, pancake. Room was clean and modern. Hotel was in better part of town.

We liked the breakfast even though we the orange juice was empty, we have to ask to refill it, also, the room was very clean but there was not soap to wash yourself, thank God we bring one. but overall, is a nice place to stay.
