The room was so clean !!! The hotel was very quiet and the staff was great !! Breakfast was continental but was good. We will definitely make this our regular go too for Red Deer!!

The staff were great and helpful. The only complaints I had was the remote had dead batteries, the shower didn’t work right and the water temperature didn’t get past luke warm. (Probably due to the shower not working right). I did bring it up to the staff and they thanked me for making them aware. The free breakfast was small but good and the coffee was kept fresh.

The room smelled of rancid sour meat. There were visible stains on the carpets. The shower sometimes worked while other times the water mostly came out of the faucet. Bathroom fan so filthy it wouldn’t hold up a Kleenex. But the Beds were comfy

The location was excellent for being so close to the Servus Centre. The building could you a update.

The hotel is dated, could use a good deep cleaning. The staff was very friendly and it is located right next to the hospital which is why we were in Red Deer. Very convenient.

The front desk clerk was not friendly or polite.

Staff was nice but checking in was a process. Hair everywhere and something was smeared and had dried onto the side of the bed. Looked kind of like throw up or something else… Got a different room and then had to listened to a drunk man yelling and cussing at someone. Turns out he was in the room beside our original room. Had to remove a yellowy-orange torn blanket that was super staticky and kept shocking us. Carpet was gross and chose to wear shoes on it. Walls had splatter marks from something. The staff were nice and sweet and there were mini soap bars though.

The room worked for what I wanted it for, a place to sleep. The big downside I had was, there was no hot water for a bath or shower. The water was barely warm, I got a chill. I know I should have complained to the main desk, but it was very late at night and I just went to bed.

Great staff!

The location was convenient. The price was affordable. The checkin lacked a bit of information regarding payment— was it a pre authorization or prepayment? I’m still unsure and will be checking my statement to make sure I’m not double billed. Breakfast lady was amazing! Super attentive and friendly. She deserves a bonus.

OK for a budget stay and foot access to downtown. Supplied breakfast alright, no bacon or sausage.

Little better breakfast would be nice but still ok for the price. Workers are very pleasant and helpful. Will stay again.

Ice machines not working, beds were not sturdy and once one person moved the whole bed would shake, we had to heat up the water in the bathtub to get hot water in the sink, continental breakfast consisted of individual mini cinnamon buns and pastries rolled up in plastic wrap (which were stail) as they had no hot waffles left. There were a few other minor things as well but these were the ones that stand out the most.

The vacuum cleaner must be broken. 3 days not vacuumed the hall ways with so much dirt and garbage on it and same in room .aorry not going back there

The hotel room was dirty. The floor hadn’t been vacuumed in a long time. There is 1/2 inch of dust on the bathroom fan. It generally just felt unclean.

Our AC didn’t cool the room , so many bikers and loud cars drag racing all night and someone tried to break into our room at 1am

Good location

I usually do not give bad reviews, but this place was not clean. The toilet was dirty, one of the 2 towels was stained with something brown, the floor was stained with something red, and everything stainless steal was rusted. The breakfast was OK, but there wasn't a lot of selection. It was enough for me, but others may not like it. They gave us 2 towels and we had said we had 3 people in our room. One of the towels was stained as I said before so we ended up sharing 1 towel between the 3 of us. The pillows were very lumpy and uncomfortable and the bed was uncomfortable as well. My wife, child, and I all did not sleep well. The whole hotel had a very bad smell that I think was from the cleaner they used for the floor or something. Overall would not recommend this hotel as a good place to stay. It was "cheap" enough, but I would rather pay a higher price for something cleaner and more comfortable.

Good location - close to amenities such as a Tim Hortons and a breakfast cafe. Priced well and adequate room for a quick overnight stay.
