This place should be closed. This is the worse experience I’ve had staying in any hotel. The whole place is dirty, terrible service, smell horrible. The rooms are dirty, they clearly don’t clean. The bedsheets are nasty with stains every where, the bathroom was not clean with hair in the whole bathtub. Avoid staying in this hotel. Do not trust the pictures

We used this hotel for a quick trip for work. I took my whole family including my dog. The hotel was in a convenient location. The room was a bit dirty. The microwave and fridge had old food spills in it. The bed was clean and i didnt see any bugs. It was ok for a 2 night stay.

I booked two rooms. My children were on the complete opposite side and upstairs. Our room was supposed to be not smoking but sheets had burn marks and stains. Definitely not clean. The toilet seat wasn't cleaned I could tell because it had urine on the seat. The whole room smelled like wet dog. It was horrible.

Linens were dirty, you can smell cigarette smoke.

This is the first day me at the motel the floor from my two year olds feet there was also roaches it's horrible we left are stay early because of this two days earlier with no refund nothing cause they would not give us another room

We have stayed at this hotel many times over many years. It just gets shabbier with each year. The gentleman at the desk was very nice and check in was easy. The motel no longer provides breakfast. They have what looks like coffee/tea available in the lobby but that is also not so. I asked for a cup so we could heat water in the room microwave but he said they were ordered but did not have any at this time. The room was relatively clean but the TV remote and the telephone were dirty. The door to the room and the bathroom door were dirty and the paint was scratched, really big scratches. Looked like at one time a dog might have been put in the bathroom and spent a lot of time trying to scratch his way out. The people in the room next to us were extremely loud, opening and slamming shut the door constantly, standing outside talking yelling, swearing, and smoking until 2:30 am. At 11:30 we tried to call the office to ask if they would switch our room. That is when I discovered how dirty the phone was and also that the phone did not work. It was a very disappointing and long night. I'm afraid this will be our last visit there. I do not find joy in criticizing companies and realize some of this, noisy neighbors, is out of their control. But this was our experience on that night.

The staff was always outside smoking. You had to hound them to get clean linen or trash bags. There no “quiet hours” so it was so noisy. Working from the hotel was not ideal since the room next to us had loud guests distracting our service animal and disturbing our sleep.

I don’t come to Savannah often but when I do I usually stay here because of the convenience. Other places in the area are roach infested and this place is usually better than most in this area. My recent stay was not so great though. I walked into my room and it smelled like marijuana and I found a piece of it smoked under the bed. The sheets were dirty and had stains like they were not washed after the previous people checked out. The fire alarm was ripped off the wall. The bathroom smelled like urine. And the air conditioner has black mold growing. I will more than likely be staying somewhere else the next time I come because I don’t want to experience this again.

We stay here about 4 days out of the week. What draws us to this property is the price for one, it's priced at a reasonable rate and the staff for two. They are always friendly and very helpful and if we ever have a problem, they are very prompt to settle our concerns or issues.

Don't often give terrible reviews but I just had to in this case. Checked in room, beds were dirty upon checking bed linen (looked like someone was laying inside with dirty clothes or shoes? Requested another room and beds were ok. Rooms are different from the photo's on Expedia, at least the ones we were in didn't look anything like that. Beds were comfortable but were woken up many of times from room next door which had loud "banging" noises followed with some moaning and screaming at times. Definately not a place to stay when travelling with children. Washroom had black mold on floor corners and spots on walls & ceiling.

The Staff was friendly and everything but the floor wasn't clean before we arrived. The t.v had to keep being reprogrammed Everytime you turn it on. The heater in my room was not working properly. Other than that it was ok . The bed was hard as a brick. the area was not the friendless but over all not impressed. The room did not even have an ice bucket or hair dryer

First room we were given had no hot water and smoke detector was chirping (probably needed new battery). Clerk came to check. Gave us new room. As we were leaving room he took a towel I used to dry my hands and folded it up and put it on rack He straightened the bed which we had sat on, but didn't pull covers back. New room didn't have a vanity light. At that point I just wanted to get to bed, so I said ok. Hair dryer didn't work. Stains on bedspread. Although it seemed clean, I just couldn't get the old room and clerk folding towels I used out of my mind. I'm not usually a picky person, but I won't go back. I've had good luck with other red roof inns.

I didn't like anything thing about the Red roof in it was dirty , a lot of noise . We left early never to go back there.

All bed sheets are full of stains! 2am in the morning loud talking laughing in the area for long time

Worst hotel I ever stayed, dirty ,unclean and no maintained at all…. You can easily get a fungus or diseases…. Keep away , it’s lost my money and moved to a different one

If a negative rating was available, I would use it. There is a difference between inexpensive and cheap. This place is cheap. Four outlets in the room. If you want to use your laptop at the desk, you need to unplug the lamp or the TV. No toilet paper holder, no hairdryer and the showerhead is stationary, so you have to dance around to rinse everything off. It seems like they use 20 watt bulbs, cuz everything is dark. All that said, it appeared to be clean and the bed was comfortable. I've stayed in $80/night motels that have more amenaties, so I'm not sure what's going on here.

Nice check in, nice bed…. That’s it. Horrible room. Unpainted wall patches , bath walls crumbling, shampoo made me break out. You had to walk around non English speaking workers hanging out drinking. I had to walk through clouds of smoke.

Front desk perfect.

Floor were filfy. Clened up a little water spill and the cloth was black. Sand and grit on floor. Bed smelled like pee. Outside wasfilfy with trash.

It was extremely dirty. There were broken items throughout. The floors were sticky. The towels were dirty. The bathroom doorknob was falling off. There was mold all over the bathroom, especially the ceiling. The pool was beyond disgusting- it was dangerous. Felt like we needed a shower after we checked out. Will NEVER return.

Horrible. Dirty. Fridge didn't work. Toilet seat held on by one screw. Tools on counter. TV broken. Hallways disgusting. Property needed tons of attention. Would never recommend this place.

Room in very good condition. Comfortable, white and attractive bedspreads. Good mattresses and pillows. Everything seemed clean except for the floor. We were happy to find that the room didn't have carpet but one of us walked barefoot and picked up lots of black dirt. That's the reason why I'm not giving them 5 stars. Made reservation for 3 but got only 2 towels.Everything else was good. No breakfast. No tea. Just coffee. Safety bar in the bathroom installed in the wrong side. See photo. Room was adequate for my needs and OK value, but could have been cleaner especially the floor

Shower head was loose water everywhere hairdryer didn't work. Next door was cooking in the room. Ask for a copy of the receipt they told me it would take to long to start the printer

Washroom dirty , dirty and smelly shower curtain ! Broken faucet! Very noisy could hear conversations in the other room ! Highway noise !
