Best stay at a hotel for a long time!

You can't beat the price at this property. Rooms are clean, comfortable bed, and staff is great. There are definitely areas that need some upgrade s, but overall it was great!

The key cards didn't work properly.
The room was gross...there was a stain on the mattress all the way to the floor that could have been puke or coffee...unsure.
The ironing board was stained and lumpy. The iron itself was dirty inside and out. I almost stained the shirt I was ironing.
The parking was horribly small.
The floor in the building we were staying was on a slant.
When we went up to get the continental breakfast the lady behind the desk was watching us the whole time...it was unconfortable.
I should have taken pictures but I was just so mad at myself for booking there so I didn't want to.
Will definitely NOT be staying there again.

It was beyond their control and they did a good job, but it was a little difficult to access due to construction.

This is a decent budget stay, with a limited but good breakfast. The bedding and towels were clean. Our only issue was allergies within the older buildings. I also wish it was more clearly stated that this is a motel converted to run like a hotel, so you do go outside to get to many rooms. Overall, a decent stay and we had ample space for our family of 6 in the suites room option.

The inn was easy to access off the road; but we were put in a separate building area away from the main lobby. It was inconvenient to get ice for our use in the room and then had to either drive or walk across a very busy highway to access breakfast.

Things are a little worn but beds were comfortable. TVs didn’t work which was disappointing because we wanted to watch World Cup soccer.

Great option for families traveling to or through the Okoboji area. Our room was a 4 Queen bed suite. There were 2 Queen beds when you enter the room. The other 2 beds were in an upstairs area. The upstairs had their own air/heater, tv, closet and table with the beds. Breakfast was included and the nieces and nephews loved the pool and hot tub. They even wanted to swim there in the evening even after swimming in the lake for many hrs earlier in the day.

Large suite with plenty of room. Had a microwave and refrigerator which I appreciate because sometimes there's one but not the other. Provided towels and took out garbage daily. Small breakfast selection but we made do. Only conplaint the beds are so hard! Bring something if you have back pain.

This was our 2nd time at the Rodeway and both times they were very accommodating. My only complaint was, I asked for towels and they never came but otherwise we had a very comfortable stay.

We got one of the rooms across the street from the main motel. While the room was ok over all it was easy to tell that they are set more to a party group. We pulled out the couch bed and found a bunch of mini marshmallows, a hat, and multiple beer bottle caps. The regular beds were good and clean with new clean sheets and blankets. The bathroom was clean and everything worked well.

The room smelled like stale smoke. At times it was worse, I think people smoked outside by air conditioner. Place needs updated and a handyman to fix walls, trim and parking lot.

Staff was nice. Room had 3 burned out lights, dead bolt did not work on the door. The room smelled of smoke so much that we had to wash the clean clothes that were in our suitcase when we returned home.

When you pay $200 for a room I expect the room to be clean. The sheet were not changed and we had to request new ones which we put on. Frustrating but not the end of the world. But when I have to clean the bathroom before my wife sees it and gets really upset, that just neglect. Very dissatisfied.

Lovely suite, very comfortable. Easy to park and good security to all parts. Breakfast was poor. Virtually everything empty by 8am, and not a member of staff in sight to refill. Good location.

The staff was very nice. Rooms were clean and lobby was also clean. They offeted coffee, juice, cereal and milk, and fruit all day long and that was nice for the children.

Very icy outside back door. I fell and had to get stitches. No help from the employees there that’s if you could find anyone working. I have witnesses and also one of the emts that came to get me fell also. Will be hearing from my attorney for sure.

The blinds are completely worn and the street lights shined through the window all night so it made it hard to sleep. We had to tape a blanket in the window the second night that we had in our vehicle for travelling. Our sheets and pillow cases were not washed and had multiple hard stains on them. I wanted to have them changed since we were staying two nights but no one was sitting at the front desk and there was no bell to ring. The hair dryer also didnt work.
