Online Check in mit PIN hat gut funktioniert. Bett war bequem. Lage okay, mit Auto 10 min von Miramar Therme entfernt.
Kein Personal angetroffen, da online check in. Frühstück sehr einfach und Übersicht, war aber alles da. (Wurst, Käse, Eier, Kaffeeautomat....)

Quiet at the back (except for the dawn chorus of rooks). Handy for the tram stop. Check in system worked.
The heavily stained stair carpet gives a poor impression. Don't advertise breakfast until 0900 then clear everything away before 0855.

The carpets in the entrance and on the stairs were filthy and stained. The pillows were stained and not put in pillow protectors so there was just a pillowcase seperating your head from a smelly stained pillow. The mattress looked new but again, not mattress protector protecting the mattress from sweat or liquid. My room smelt of sweat and it was trapped in the pillows and bedding.
No staff present so it took me a long time to work out how to gain access, nobody answering the 2 phone numbers or doorbell.

Bei der Ankunft mussten wir feststellen, dass das Zimmer im 2. Stock ist, obwohl uns vorab telefonisch zugesagt wurde, dass unser DZ im Erdgeschoß zur Verfügung steht. Nach erneuten Anruf konnten wir problemlos in das andere AP
Hotel in der Einsteinstrasse umziehen, wo wir auch im EG untergebracht wurden. Den Aufpreis von insgesamt € 80,00 war ok. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstücksbüffet war sehr gut.
Im TV war nur das ZDF zu empfangen und wurde ständig unterbrochen. Trotz Reklamation konnte keine Abhilfe erreicht werden.
