Hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful with suggestions and so very friendly. The room was exactly as advertised and the view was incredible! So happy with our stay.

We had a nice stay but unfortunately the pool and hot tub were out of service. They called to let us know the day of check in. Little too late to change our reservation

We had a wonderful stay. The place was clean, staff friendly, nice breakfast selections, and a great view of the water. It was the last hotel on our weeklong trip and we wished we could have stayed here the whole time.

First time staying at this hotel even though we go to Munising a lot. Amenities were great. Enjoyed the hot tub and work out room. Room was big, great view of the island, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise. One of the best hotel breakfasts we have had. We would stay there again.

Consistently a better than average property with excellent staff and well maintained rooms. Breakfast was limited, but well prepared. Only negative comment is parking. The property sits atop a hill and requires parking below and using stairs. There are handicapped parking spots near the entrance.

Holiday Inn chains are the way to go! Their free breakfast which actually taste good is worth it every time. Always reasonably priced stay & always clean. Will definitely stay here again.

The location of this hotel is great. It is on the western edge of Munising. Very well maintained and has a wonderful view of the water (if you request a room with a view). Beds and pillows were super comfy too! We will be back!

This property needs a serious makeover. Not worth the money in anyway. Don’t advertise you have things you don’t. Very disappointed this is the hotel I choose to spend my hard earned money on. No thank you. For such a beautiful spot it’s a shame that this hotel exists. You should be embarrassed holiday inn.

We came for Pictured Rocks hiking. Honestly there are not a lot of hotels in this area and not a lot of nice ones on top of that. This Holiday Inn was okay. It’s old and outdated. The bathroom and pool area desperately need an update. The hot tub was dirty and our bathroom felt gross. The staff was great! And the first day of breakfast was really good surprisingly. They had gluten free muffins which we really appreciate. There is not a lot in this town in regards to things to do or food or stores just FYI. I wish they had more food at the hotel. Would probably get a rental next time!

Beautiful location. Just minutes away from town. Spacious rooms. Very friendly staff. Free breakfast would have been better with some home made options but hey it was free! Hotel was a little noisy at night but not too concerning. We would definitely stay again!

The property was older. Hair on the comforter. Had booked a lake side room and called ahead of time to let them know that I was coming but would be late. Was told I was given the only room Too sheet was stained and dingyleft and it was not lakeside. Man at the desk really didn’t seem to care that I didn’t get one.

Walked in, was told my room wasn't ready, and I walked out. It was almost 6 p.m., check in was 4 p.m., I had a very long day so did my wife and kid and I wasn't giving this place my money, they didn't deserve it.

Staff was friendly and helpful. We loved having the indoor pool and jacuzzi since weather can be unpredictable. We also enjoyed our balcony overlooking the bay. A small hole in the screen door and spots on the carpet kept me from giving 5 stars

One of the BEST hotel stays my wife and I have ever had!
Staff was outstanding. Room was extremely clean. Breakfast was excellent. Pool and Hot Tub were large and well heated. The VIEW was outstanding with a patio room.

Very nice hotel! Pros: great view of Lake Superior (hotel is NOT on the beach), great breakfast, easy parking, room and bathroom have a nice layout. Lots of hiking to do within an hour drive of the hotel. There is a casino about 5 minutes away. Cons: very limited food options, only fast food was a Hardee’s and a Subway plus a handful of restaurants. Overall recommend!!
