In town for my sister’s funeral. Everyone was so gracious. They even let us “hang out” with family that stayed at the hotel as well in the dining area.

Decent stay, close to the National Park, which was convenient for us. It is also close to restaurants and a Walmart as well. Our main issue was that the hotel drain had not been cleaned, so the shower did not drain. The staff was willing to help (and very kind about it), but it was still inconvenient to discover that after starting a shower, then having to get out and wait for the drain to be clean (then get in the shower again).

The hotel was wonderful. Rooms are spacious and clean. My family enjoyed the stay. Internet was a little slow but it allowed me to work. The pool and spa were really perfect one day and the following day they were both below temp but we still had a good time.

Hotel was clean and comfortable, just what we needed for an overnight stay. After a long day out, it’s nice to have a quiet and comfortable place to rest. I appreciate they use good products like Dove. I normally have to pack my own as I am picky but Dove is good quality. The breakfast was great! Had a lot of options and the staff were so kind and friendly.

Front desk agents were super friendly!!! Room was clean and the beds and pillows were very comfortable.
Bathroom in the other hand had soap residues in the shower that looked liked dry blood and some dirty rusty faucets.
Breakfast was cold and the scrambled eggs were very dry.
The area has some walking distance restaurants
and it is like 12-16 minutes drive from the White Sands National Park, Pistachio Land and The Space Museum…
Overall we had a good 2-night stay…

Very clean, updated, friendly checkin. The sofa bed even had a memory foam topper which was a great surprise.

To me, the beds were hard as a rock. If they could invest money in new mattresses I would definitely come back. Otherwise I would probably try to find somewhere else to go.

I have stayed here multiple times in the past. Overall it was not as clean as I remember during previous visits. The wifi was absolutely terrible and the worst I have ever experienced. It kept disconnecting from my phone and was so slow on my laptop it kept me to get any of my work done in a timely manner.
Staff has always been great and the breakfast is always good.

I had emailed the hotel several days before looking for a recommendation for Thanksgiving dinner options and never received a reply. The elevator was out of service but they did advise me of this through a voicemail ahead of time.

Very nice property! Warned before leaving town for Alamogordo, NM that their Elevator was out of service with an e-mail and PERSONAL PHONE CALL! Not a problem worth canceling the room over. Numerous Food Establishments, well within walking distance from fast food to Very Nice sit down restaurants! Complimentary Breakfast, Afternoon Snack and Cold Bottled Water were very nice perks! Staff was Very Friendly and Attentive to all requests or any help.

Elevator was not working and handicap rooms were on 2nd floor. Property is dated, felt slightly lower than a Quality Inn as far as decor furnishings. Carpeting in rooms was carpet squares, sheets were cheap, pillows uncomfortable. Heat was from a radiator type unit and the thermostat was capped at 78 and the unit did not keep the room at a constant temperature. I would say it ranged by 10 degrees. There were no luggage carts on property.

Nice hotel but we had the misfortune to come when the elevator was broken and we had a 3rd floor room. We greatly appreciated the special phonecall we got a day in advance telling us it was down in case we could not manage stairs. That was above and beyond! Loved having the pool and hot tub to ourselves that evening.

I wasn’t sure what to expect but it was a very clean and up to date hotel. The elevator was not working so if you have mobility issues or loads of luggage it might be a problem. We were fine going up three floors with a small amount of luggage. Great breakfast with a cool pancake making machine.

Elevator was broken, but staff called day before to let us know. The communication was appreciated! We were thankful as we stayed at 4 hotels in 4 nights and this was the only one that had a working hot tub and pool — even though they all were supposed to have those amenities.

We stayed here overnight during our trip to White sands and I would say that this is a nice hotel overall. The property is nice and clean and close to a couple of restaurants. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars because, it is not one of the quietest building and during the night I can hear people foot steps in hallway. We stayed on the second floor, may be the construction is not the greatest.
