The villa its self is absolutely beautiful, big, clean and spacious. We went as a family of four and didn’t even touch the other two rooms. Extremely large living room, kitchen and dining area. So many appliances but we used the outdoor dining area most nights for BBQs. The outdoor space to this villa is outstanding and definitely made us sad to leave it. Pool and football table, large bbq and dining area (not to mention the amazing sunset from this area), comfy lounge chairs for your morning bru and plenty of sun loungers. Not to forget the pool for the hot days and the hot tub for the beautiful evenings. The family that own this villa are extremely accommodating and nothing is ever too much. By far our best family holiday in such a beautiful place, a home from home. Everything was perfect. Thank you!

A sizable 4 bedroom villa, large enough to suit 2 couples each with 2 children. Good outdoor space with swimming pool.
Around 10 minutes walk to Playa Flamingo beach for cafe, restaurants and small supermarkets.
Villa is v comfortable but would be improved by some refurbishment to make it 5 star.

Location: easy walk to promenade, quiet
Aspect: sun all day, sheltered from any wind.
Accommodation: 4 very good bedrooms, comfortable, books and games, plenty of space.
Bit of updating - but location, villa and aspect more than makes up this.

Lots of space, very comfortable beds, great pool and the kids loved the table football and pool table. A short walk to Flamingo beach and not much further to work to the main beach, shops and restaurants. Very handy for the water park!
For the price point, feel like there could have been more essentials in the house - hand soap in the toilets, hand towels, bin bags, more toilet roll!
A small criticism - otherwise we loved the villa, and the service when we had a problem with locking the patio door. The handyman who came around was really helpful.

Everything you need all on one level with the bonus of the hot tub and pool table etc
We would of liked more bath & hand towels when you are staying 9 nights. Some simple instructions to use remotes for tv etc

Loved the pools constant warm temperature - just what we wanted from a winter sun holiday! Several different locations within 10 - 30 minutes easy walk which was perfect for us as we don’t hire a car.
Some of the lights were not working- mainly the kitchen and outside the front door - but we kept forgetting to let you know about it! Some of the plug sockets - walk in shower bathroom in particular- were loose but I am absolutely sure that if we’d brought them to your attention it would have been sorted and I actually feel we are nitpicking as we loved our holiday!! Thank you

Great Villa in the ideal location for ourselves. The Villa was very well equipped in all departments. All TV channels was very much appreciated. Great support from the Villas now team, especially from Janye. Who took the time to show us around Villa Noches De Lune which has the bonus of additional sea views (which we prefer). Just looking for date’s for us to return next October. Thanks and Regards Stephen

Lovely spacious villa with beautiful outside area. Large pool, perfect for doing a few lengths, beautiful LED lit garden area, outside dining table comfortable outdoor lounge area not to mention bbq/outdoor kitchen.
The couple of queries we had were dealt with promptly and efficiently.
The villa is just a 5 minute walk from playa flamingo and it’s lovely restaurants, and a further 15 minutes to playa Blanca centre with its plentiful bars, restaurants and shops.
Casa Flamingo is most definitely the best villa we’ve stayed in. Home from home. Everything you need, and a fabulous location.
Not an improvement as such, but cleaners did not finish until 16:30hrs. This said we arrived with our cases at 13:30 and dropped cases of. All cleaning equipment was outside front door, so obviously previous occupants had not vacated on time. When we went in to leave cases, they had left the villa in a disgraceful state, which obviously took some cleaning, and was done to a very high standard

Have used “villas now” for many years now, always stay in the same area and mostly book this villa if available or very close by. Great villa and perfect area for us. There is always someone to contact should any problems arise, and always very helpful.
Only been home 2 days and have already booked again for next year. Love the villa, love the area, and missing it already. A great company to book with.
Due to covid, the usual brochure had gone, replaced with iPad for info.
This wasn’t working and rep said it needing re-programming, tried several times again during our stay, but never did get to grips with it. Luckily as we have stayed here quite a few times before, we were ok, but may be a problem for people like us who are not into technology. I’m sure the younger generation would be fine with it though. Having said this, help is always only a phone call away if needed.

Happy holiday
The villa is absolutely beautiful, so clean and comes with everything you might need.
We didn't hire a car, preferring to get taxi's whenever we needed them, the service from the taxi company was excellent too. Overall the holiday was perfect plenty of restaurants in walking distance.
The pool was fabulous especially on the really hot days.
We paid for the hot tub and got our money's worth out of it.
Everything in the villa is set out perfectly, the bedrooms are of good sizes and extremely comfortable.
Well equipped kitchen, we didn't want for anything.
I did contact the owner a couple of times to ask questions and Jason got straight back to me, always very helpful.
We all loved every second.
Nothing needs to change.

Perfect location waterpark on your doorstop.
Casa flamingo is ideally located 10 mins walk to flamingo beach 20mins to centre of Playa Blanca. Spacious, clean, comfortable villa with everything you could possibly need for a wonderful holiday. Smart tv with Netflix was an added bonus. Staff very helpful would definitely book again. Thanks Jason, Sally and all the team.

Brilliant villa for families
The villa was clean and tidy. Brilliant facilities, including pool and hot tub. Families will love this villa as well as having its own pool there is also a water park just around the corner. Playa flamingo beach is 10 minutes walk away while Playa Blanca is 20 minutes walk away. The villa agents were very helpful as well, even letting us leave the cases in the villa when we was due to leave but wasn't being picked up till two and a half hours later.
The only thing I can fault is that some of the furniture is tired and needs replacing or mending but this alone did not bother my holiday at all .

Lovely Villa Close to the board walk, No need for rental car
The Welcome package of tea coffee wine and beer was a welcome surprise, the villa was spotlessly clean and well stocked with glasses ware and pots and pans, the pool was heated and i honestly have no complaints what's so ever

Very spacious, great pool, well equipped kitchen. Plenty of towels and tea towels. Great location fir Flamingo beach and only 15/ 20 min walk into centre of town.

The outside space and facilities are brilliant.

Barbecue was great.
Would definitely recommend.
Some lights not working.
Lights at the pool table didn’t work so unable to play in the evening.
Better system to pay for the aircon, lots of coins required which at the present time is not that easy to achieve.

Lovely villa, great location
Perfect location for the beach and restaurants. Very quiet even with the Waterpark close by. Large villa with good space inside and out. Jason and team were quickly available for any queries/issues and very helpful. Would stay again
Freestanding fans for each room. Better Wifi signal to reach back bedrooms. Shower in middle bathroom to be working.

We loved the space that Casa Flamingo offered. Nice welcome pack on arrival. Good size bedrooms and living area. Very well equipped kitchen and utility. Pool was fabulous with steps rather than a ladder! We had a great time and Jason and family were always there if there were any problems.
Some aspects are a little tired, ie lounge furniture. It would have been handy to have had an extra place to watch TV. Having just one TV in the house meant everyone having to watch same thing when we stayed in.
A visit from someone to show us how the TV, cooker and washing machine worked would have been a bonus. There was no alarm on when we arrived and no instructions or information about one. It would have been safer had we known.

Casa Flamingo,
Casa Flamingo is in an excellent location with easy access to most things . The pool heating was excellent and the additions of a hot tub and pool table was an added bonus.
Could have done with more glasses.It would have been insufficient for eight people.
The folder in the villa is non specific to Casa Flamingo. Would be useful to have more hints and tips on the area if this was your first visit .

Fantastic Villa
Just got back from a family stay at Casa flamingo would definitely be returning. Great villa spacious, very clean close to the beach and shops water park literally across the road. Plenty of room for little ones to run around took my grandson and he loved having the run of the villa. Only downside is that there was no cot available but couldn’t fault anything else. We all enjoyed our stay here :)

Casa Flamingo
Lovely villa with great view. For us the location was perfect. Less than 10 minutes walk to beach in a quiet area of PB. A little bit of daytime noise from waterpark and a little evening noise from nearby hotel but nothing intrusive. Paula was very helpful with booking a trip for us and response to questions while there was excellent. Felt a couple of things could do with updating as looking a little worn but nothing to detract from the overall experience. Would definitely book this villa again

Casa Flamingo
The villa was very nice and the owners and managers were helpful, friendly and accommodating. One of the guests was a wheelchair user and the villa was extremely suitable for her use. The doors were wide enough and access in and out of the villa was really good. We hired an electric buggy, which we could also get in and out of the villa very easily and we could get to the nearby Hotel Timanfaya and the Flamingo beach in about 10 minutes. Access to one of the showers was also excellent, being a 'roll in' type. The only disappointment for the wheelchair user (and as would be for children) was that the pool was so deep (I think it was 1.5m - just under 5 feet - at the shallow end). Although the villa was very nice, it is perhaps not quite 'luxurious' as described on the website. There wasn't a clock in the house for example and the sea view wasn't 'stunning' (I would chop down one of the bushes which conceals a sea view from the pergola area nearest to the living room). The rooms were nice and spacious and the villa was nicely secluded and not overlooked. It was a very pleasant stay and we would be inclined to return, but for the depth of the pool.
