Good stay however, no microwave provided. Also, it would have been really nice if breakfast was also provided. Overall, the place is nice to look at and the grand entrance is really, really beautiful to look at.

The trip was lot's of Fun! The rooms were large and nice looking on the inside. Cleaning could have been better but I re cleaned the room with my own products. The Casino was very impressive along with the restaurants. The Staff was Excellent!!! Love the Staff! Will book another trip Soon.

Customer service at front desk could have been more informative. We thought we were stuck in elevator. No one explained about using key to go up so we called security.

Me and my wife just got married on December 19,2023 this is the first getaway for us and we both had a good time, good stay, and good fun. I only recommend one thing need a microwave on each floor vending area

We come every few months and it always is Great! Room was clean! Front desk was so friendly. Had a great time! Met some nice people in casino!

The bathroom tub was dirty. Other than that it was reasonably clean. The furniture in the bedroom needs to be updated.

Hotel was great….had one problem the young lady that checked us in name Taylor had a terrible attitude if she can’t work with the public she should find another job

Bally's overall was good but not having access to a microwave was not good at all. I was totally shocked that the commodes were lower than other major hotels that we had to call for a chair riser. Never have I ever had to do that. It was an experience I will never forget! We had asked the front desk for some bottles of water to take to our room and the gentleman said he would bring some bottles to our room but no one ever came and as seniors, we had to take our medicine, plus we drink water around the clock do we don't get dehydrated. We go to dinner at the Sugar Factory restaurant but no seats available which is understandable for a Saturday evening, so we opted for the bar instead. I asked for a strawberry margarita or daiquiri and the bartender said their blender wasn't working! You mean to tell me all that money the hotel/restaurant bring in, the hotel couldn't go to Family Dollar or another store to purchase a blender! Too much.....Not good at all. There is always room for improvements. I came to Bally's for my birthday surprise but got surprised in more ways than one. For breakfast, we got talked into going to Countrie Eatery down the street. The BEST hide-a-way restaurant with the BEST food and people and GREAT affordable prices for all. Missing Dover Downs more. Good luck.

Had a reservation for a Wednesday and Thursday night, after a long drive I arrived at 2pm - hoping to get some rest in the room before a business dinner - tried to check in and was told that check in was at 3 and that i could check in early if i paid an additional fee - asked if there were rooms ready was told yes, asked for an accommodation due to the drive getting there, another no, was told again that i could check in if I paid the additional fee or i could sit in the lobby and wait until 3 pm to check in - this wasn't a busy weekend and the hotel wasn't crowded -

Lovely hotel. Check-in was smooth and efficient. Very nice room set at comfortable temperature. Windows face west so curtains had to stay closed. No matter, view is of parking lot and roofs of attached lower buildings.

Other than no microwave and limited food options within the resort Monday and Tuesday, it's a good place to stay.

Hotel was clean and safe, the wi-fi was easy to access, dining was convenient restaurants were located on the premises, parking was plentiful.

Everything was fine except for 2 of the 4 elevators were broken.

Hi booked 3 rooms and i stayed in room 557 it was every noisy you could hear everything from the room next to mine, they were up all night talking and it was very very noisy.

The casino was big and a lot of different machines. Staff was very nice

There was no valet parking so we had to usethe general lot for parking. There should really be a seperate lit for guests of the hotel different from the casino.

The check in took a bit long. Not expecting that. However, The Staff at the Front Desk was Excellent!! Beyond accommodating. Can't say enough nice things about them. The room was very spacious. The bed, for me, wasn't the best. However, if I could have stolen the pillows to take home, I would have. Best Hotel pillows ever!! Even the self-parking wasn't that bad. Plenty of places within the area for dining. I felt very safe there.
