I like to hotel and hot tubs and the swimming pool.My great-grandson loves it.

Not the end of the world but this is what I found to be frustrating. This hotel does not have a little area where you can buy sodas, water or snacks. No big deal right?!! BUT they also don’t have an ATM and the vending machines they do have DO NOT accept debit/credit cards. To go the the front desk and be told….no sorry you have to drive about a mile down the road for the closest ATM, this is disappointing when you’ve been on the road all day long and you’re in your pajamas and you just want a soda. To add to all of that…the 5 hot tubs they have and advertise…were not working!!! On the bright side. The rooms are clean and the AC/Heat work.

Our stay was good until little kids were knocking on our door really loud and when you come to the door, they had taken off running. I know it is not the hotel's fault, I have not have that happened to me at any other hotel that I have ever stayed in. I talked to the front desk about it and he said that he would talk to the kids, it did not happen again after that but it left a bad feeling in me.

Our stay was wonderful. Everything was amazing except for the breakfast. The breakfast was exactly the same every day for 4 straight days and it was fake powder eggs, nasty cheap turkey sausage, mushy cold diced breakfast potatoes. This was terrible and inedible. Biscuits and gravy were fine. There were pancakes that were delicious and a variety of cold cereals and toast and breads and fruit that were fine. The juices were watered-down and warm, yucky. The courtyard was fantastic with hot tubs swimming pool waterfalls and live coy fish that were awesome. The room was terrific and bathroom were fantastic. This is an amazing place and I'd always stay here and recommend it to everyone. Just don't try to eat the food. Not only was food terrible but it is exactly the same everyday. Check out their website and see a picture of the hot breakfast foods and that's what they offer everyday. Love this place and want to bring my family here. Wonderful. They provide food to feed the fish and it was so cool. Great place for kids and families and families. All the staff were terrific. Love this place. If you haven't been here plan to visit.

We had a balcony overlooking the Kou pond. Was really fun for the family- Koi, pools and hot tubs. Breakfast was good and the service was courteous.

Second stay, we came back because it was great the first time and now the second.

Impressive architecture. There are 4 or 5 hot tubs and we were able to have one all to ourselves. It was nice after a long day of travel.

We have been long-time patrons of this hotel. This stay has severely disappointed us and we hope it's not a consistent change. There was areas of disrepair like leaks in the ceiling, but worst of all, the clientele has gone downhill. Every patron we encoutered was disrespectful, loud, many far too drunk and took over the spaces. Doors were slamming every few minutes until 1am.

The pools and jacuzzis are awesome! Rooms are very nice and clean. I will definitely be coming back!!!

This facility was welcoming, clean, and family friendly.

Loved the property but the bathroom was deplorable along the floor edges, showing dark brown stains that a mop cannot pick up. The bathtub was not cleaned. My wife didn’t want to take a shower in it. The breakfast wasn’t up to par with low grade food options. Couldn’t eat it. Cheap coffee, soupy eggs, low quality sausages. Rest of the building was awesome in decor.

This location is getting a little worn, housekeeping and maint departments need a complete overhaul. Rooms had trash on the floor, dirty sock left behind, some orange stain on the bottom sheet, mold and rust in the shower, shower trim loose and not secure. Water splash spots all over the bathroom mirror, clump of hair on the bathroom floor and electrical outlet loose and pulling away from wall. Female front desk staff upon check in was very unfriendly and acted like checking in was a nuisance to them. When you walk in smile and say Hi How are you? you expect a Hi back not a frown and a rude "name?" Although the people next to me checking in got a very welcoming kind young man.

Had a very good time at the C'mon Inn in Casper WY. The employees at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. They have a breakfast buffet and the food was very good. It has a beautiful lobby area and a fish pond. They also allow visitors feed the fish which makes kids very happy. I will definitely stay there again.

We had some problems with girls being nasty/bullying in the pool area. The guy at the front desk handled it amazingly. Other than that we had a good stay.

Beautiful property, stunning interior design. Rooms were older and not in great shape on the second floor. Very friendly staff

We’ve stayed 4 years in a row now for my daughter’s birthday. The prices increased about 20% since this time last year, yet 2 hot tubs were out of service, garbages were overflowing, the bathroom walls were filthy and the rooms were poorly lit. The breakfast was good.

The front desk staff was incredibly friendly and nice. The hotel is clean and the fish pond is cute. I,however, had no warm water to shower in the morning. Also, the housekeeping staff knocked on my door around 9 and I let them know I hadn’t checked out yet. 10 minutes later I began taking my things to the car. When I came back in to get the rest, the exact same staff had my room door wide open and had begun cleaning with my stuff still inside.

Good one night stay, with one exception. Good breakfast, beautiful common spaces, good parking. Safe area. Close to freeway, so some traffic noise. Vent fan in bathroom did not work. In the morning, My spouse thought she saw traces of black mold in the bathroom (rm 222). There were black marks on the tub grout, but I can't say it was mold. We reported it to the front desk, and were assured thst it would be checked at once.

The television is definitely NOT USER FRIENDLY. Also, an update in the rooms should be considered in the near future.

The only complaint we could make is there lack of "Pet Friendly" that the other Come on Inn's in Montana have, but we understand a few people do not take care of their pets and that is what leads to policies like this.

We loved staying here and will absolutely be back with park family again!
