Clean hotel, friendly staff, not too far from the highway.

Nice clean room, bath sink plugged, shower leaks, can't comment on breakfast because it stops way too early (9:30am). Staff was friendly, check in was smooth. No complimentary water or cookies.

Cleanliness is top of the list and this one was perfect. My granddaughter really enjoyed the beautiful clean pool.
The staff was awesome from front desk to breakfast to housekeeping! Friendly, helpful and exceeding expectations to meet customer

We stay at a Holiday Inn Express every time we travel. This was the worst experience we have had. Took the person working the front desk a little bit to show up and greet us to check us in. We got to our room and there was a yellow stain on the comforter of one of the beds. Then we went to get in bed in the other bed and there was blood on the sheets, looked like they hadn’t even been washed. Had to go down to the front desk and get new sheets and a comforter to replace on our beds.

I'm very dissatisfied with Expedia. If I would have not gone to a 3rd party like Expedia and gone directly to the hotel, I would have saved for a 4 night stay over $100. Expedia charged me $707 and Holiday Inn Express would only $593.51 (I've got a receipt to prove my case). You just lost a customer with your hidden fees. You're not in the business to help the customer save; Expedia is in the business to rip off the customer.

We stay at the hotel a few times a year. This time the room had a box fan going when we arrived. It was a little smelly when we went to bed. I wish you used more synthetic pillows and blankets, we have allergies to feathers. Breakfast both days had items unavailable, second day there's no coffee. The person upfront was friendly.

The property was nice and had good staff. The breakfast was good. The bed we stayed in was a firm bed, but our neighbors weren't very considerate and I could hear alot of them. It was a nice hotel though.

Check in was easy. Autumn checked us in and explained where everything was. She was very cordial and knowledgeable of the site.
Everything was wonderful except, the bed was a little soft for my liking. My husband loved it though. The room was spacious and clean. There was an abundance of towels for us to use. The breakfast was adequate. We waited until 9am to get breakfast so, it’s our fault that the food trays had been sitting out for a while. The eggs were wet and had no flavor. The oatmeal however was spectacular. Overall, I rate this property very high and would definitely stay again.

Really nice stay for a quick overnight on our way to visit family. The beds were comfy, breakfast was great and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Our kids just wish we had packed bathing suits!

The staff was incredibly rude and morning breakfast seemed more like a meeting time for staff family and friends. One lady barked at me that there was glass and spilled stuff on the floor and not safe who was working there cleaning??? My room was noisy. The shower was lukewarm on the hottest temp. I'll not return.

Clean and comfortable rooms, with free breakfast. Was a wonderful stay, with a great staff that was very helpful. Will definitely be back.

The staff was excellent. They were helpful in every aspect. The bathroom in room 323 could use some maintenance as the tiling in the shower was releasing from the wall and there were gaps in the baseboard and Sheetrock under the sink.
