The rooms were clean and comfortable. The food was excellent in the buffet , stacked and the cafe. The employees were very friendly. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

I love this hotel just wish the security guys that works the early shifts before the breakfast buffet opens was a little friendlier. We know the bufffet opens at 7am and Casino opens at 8am but their delivery to relate this information was rude. I probably won’t stay here again until they makes the casino 24 hours.

Fir the most part the stay was ok, however we found the check-in and check-out staff to be unfriendly and appeared to not want to be bothered.

Room and all comforts were great. However, on my last 2 stays I have been put in the last room on the waterview side near a door that seems to be only accessible by employees. This door and some others are constantly slamming through the night. Hard to get a good nights rest there lately.

I never would've thought booking a hotel at the casino for a family, but it was very nice. All the staff was nice and the bell hop guy Eric was assume and showed us everything we need to know.

This was our first time staying at the Palace Casino….and it’s a beautiful hotel. Stylish and elegant….and every staff member we met was gracious, helpful and and friendly. And if you have ever stayed in one of the other smoked filled casino hotels, this one is like a breath of fresh air! This hotel is absolutely clean and fresh smelling from the lobby to the restaurants to the casino to the rooms.

Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Our room was very clean and well stocked. The bed was very comfortable. Housekeeping was very quick to bring us extra coffee when I requested. Will be staying again .

The room was older and lots of brown, little blah. The neighbors doors banged open and shut often. Don't forget your key card because you need it to operate the elevator. Nice that it is smoke free everywhere. Cleaners banged on door even with do not disturb sign on. Overall just okay hotel.

The hotel itself was 'okay' at best, but the beds were awful! They were extremely hard, no pillow top at all.

Hotel was very nice and comfortable, but figuring out how to get around in it was very difficult. The elevators were almost hidden. The restaurant that is open for breakfast and all other meals was way back behind the casino and very difficult to locate. Apparently it was planned to that visitors have to go through the casino everywhere they need to go and without concern for visitors finding their way around.

As a woman traveling alone, I prefer to stay at the Palace over anywhere else. I feel totally safe, it is perfectly clean and comfortable, and everyone is so nice and helpful there. The restaurants provide a great selection and once I arrive, I don’t have to leave for my meals.

For the money, it was clean, functional, and convenient.
The bed mattress springs had lost support where you sit down to climb into bed. No one cleaned the room the first two days.

Definitely a decent place to stay even if you have kids. Staff was super friendly. Buffet was good. Rooms were spacious for deluxe queen. Also very quiet in the room we stayed in and the view was beautiful with the water. Definitely would recommend to others. Check in and check out was a breeze.
