Staff was welcoming and friendly, the beds were comfy and pillows great, but the general cleanliness was not great and there was a scent of sewer…and the noise from the freeway was intense!

It was so comfortable and staff were very friendly and professional. Very clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast is good too.

Loved how clean and modern it was in our room, great style, loved the counter space in the bedroom. The front desk lady was very nice and friendly, had no issues. The breakfast was impressive with actual meats. I would definitely recommend this place to stay and would go back myself if in the area again. Didn't get a chance to enjoy the pool or jacuzzi with our schedule though

A good place to stay. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. I was there for one night because a snow storm in Sonora was already happening. This was an emergency booking.

Room was clean, beds were comfortable. Water pressure was great. Only suggestion is to change the breakfast menu. Everytime we stay here, Breakfast is always Bacon, scrambled eggs, pancakes and oatmeal. Other Holiday Inns have veggie omelet, sausage, biscuits and gravy, etc.

Almost everything seemed great, and while we appreciated the included breakfast, I felt the eggs and sausage could have been of better quality. I'd prefer to load up on protein but found myself enjoying the carbs more lol. Staff was friendly, check in and out was a breeze, the room was nice, quiet and clean and we felt safe. I'm a rewards member with a competing hotel but I may join Holiday Inn as our experience was quite pleasant!

The one concern about this location is that it is very close to the 99 freeway. There are rooms on the freeway side of the hotel that generate freeway noise all night and is an issue.

The reason for 4 in some areas is because the sound of traffic. Maybe triple panes windows would help? It was difficult to sleep

I would definitely recommend this hotel. The staff is really friendly and accommodating, the hotel is very well maintained and the rooms are quite comfortable. I have two boys, 22 and 18, who are both athletes and they said the breakfast was excellent with a nice variety. We will definitely stay there again

I like how friendly staff are. Not a single rude one to date. They even recognize me now and know my room number. It’s in a convenient location. It’s quiet. It’s clean. The rooms are very comfortable.
The breakfast gets a little old after a while. I’ve been there 3’weeks. I wish there was more variety but all in all it’s a good breakfast.
The shop can be better stocked and it’d be great if the hotel had a ATM. We greatly appreciate this hotel. It has become our home away from home during these difficult days our family is going through. I will definitely recommend.

We were very impressed how clean the lobby and the rooms were, especially since the hotel was right off the freeway and probably receiving so many travelers. When we checked in around 6:00pm the front desk gal was cleaning tables and I vacuuming floors. And the rooms were very clean. We had a downstairs room, which we wanted, but she warned us that it could be noisy from the freeway, but we were fine with it. Not too bad at all. We did not want to go to the 2nd or 3rd floor. The breakfast was fine, but the coffee was cold. We did not want to say anything. We just heated it up in our room in the microwave.

It was like the perfect local spot for my family to enjoy a.much needed mini vacay! There was only one thing missing and the friendly staff of this hotel helped make that not hurt so much!

We had a 2 night stay visiting family. Room was very clean. Along with bathroom. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Love that they have breakfast in the AM very pleased with the options (bagels, toast, cereal, eggs, pancakes, bacon, sausage) They have plenty of parking. I also loved that they had lemonade and cucumber water in the entrance. I was very pleased with my stay.

First time staying at this Holiday Inn Express and Suites. Was struck, when I pulled into the parking lot, by how clean and neat it looked. The lobby was nice, and the young lady who checked me in was friendly. My room was large and everything looked brand new. The bed was very comfortable. TV selections were refreshing as often hotels don't even offer a guide of what's on. Breakfast was very good, with eggs, bacon/sausage, biscuits and gravy, pancakes made right then. Each day, of my three day stay, it was different too. Would definately stay there again.
