Family friendly service, Happy was more than willing to help in any way he could. I needed an extension cord for my bi pap machine and he brought one to our room.

Room was average. Breakfast was good! Unfortunately, for a dog friendly hotel there was no areas for the pets to use the bathroom besides one small square of dirt by the dumpster.

We were welcomed when we came in late. Breakfast was good. Nothing super crazy but a great variety of options! I will say the toliet placement is weird with the counter top. But love the fact there were bunkbeds for our kids!

The room was very clean but cozy to fit 3 women travelers and all their "stuff". Bathroom a little tight. Beds were comfy, very convenient parking, room was quiet. Had a great overnight stay in Pendleton!

Good for one night stay while travelling. It was clean and within walking distance of restaurants. The breakfast area was in the lobby which was a bit strange, however it was nice to have breakfast included.

The accommodations were reasonably priced given the event in town. The breakfast had my favorite breakfast sandwich. What concerned me was the cleanliness of the bathroom. Hair in the tub and on the floor. The tub enclosure was kind of grody. The air conditioning unit had a loud fan even on low. If you aren't use to that sound at night it can be annoying.

I believe it was an owner who checked us in. Very friendly and knowledgeable about the restaurants around here. The room is very clean. The king size bed very comfortable. The room was freezing when we checked in but the wall heater was very fast.

We checked in late. Gentleman who I assume was the owner was very nice. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Decor is a little outdated but that's not a concern for me. Breakfast was great. Very comfortable accomodations. I would definitely stay here again.

WE were arriving late and actually received a courtesy call to see if we would still be arriving. That was a first!! Very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very generous. Waffles (not the frozen kind). Biscuits and gravy. Hard boiled eggs. Toast, bagels, cream cheese etc. fruit…

Not bad for an older property. Breakfast was better than other similar hotels in the area we have stayed at. Not fussy on the manually operated heating. Had to get up several times at night to turn it on and off.

Booked this because of the proximity to the lovely walking path along the river for the dog.
Old and dated hotel. No place to walk the dog for last night early morning pee.

Circuit breaker was turned off to room when we got there. Room was very small. Bathroom was small. Air conditioner gave me a bad sore throat. All lights were old and hard to figure out how to turn on. Microwave still had old food in there. Beds and pillows were OK. It was quiet with a nice parking lot. Continental breakfast was good. Had to call and wake up customer service at night if you needed help. I would give my experience a 4/10.
