No drain plug for bathtub, hardly any water coming out shower head, no soap. Elevator broken. No accommodations on first floor for a person with a bad hip so we were put on third floor. Very hard trip up 3 flights of stairs.

I'm in the middle of a move. I needed a couple days stay. The front desk was extremely helpful, friendly and welcoming. However, my room was dated. The second stay was bad. There was an unforgiving odor in halls... I would have love for the housekeeping to offer fresh towels since we stayed through the weekend. I will stay here again. The hotel looks updated on the outside , it is not.

The icebox in my room wasn’t working

Elevator wasn’t working properly and the air conditioning wasn’t working properly very hot in lobby and halls and rooms

I was unable to check in because of a person loitering outside who was threatening and screaming. No one answered the desk phone so I went to alternate hotel in a safer area. The hotel refused to respond to the problem or refund.

They wanted to charge me $25 early check in (12:30PM) in the rainy day (Jan 24th, 2024).

Great experience! I only one concern with guest eating breakfast and getting seconds without a new clean plate. I witnessed a guess with a dirty plate lay the egg spoon on her plate. I suggest at least a sign to let guest know to get a new clean plate gor seconds.

This property has friendly and helpful staff, plentiful well-lighted parking, and a location right off of the interstate for easy on/off. Also, the price per night is fantastic!
Cons: it's shabby and a little worn down. The walls and doors in my room were grimy, the remote control was sticky (!), and the toilet ran on and off.
I've stayed at this location several times over the years and will probably continue to do so, since I know where it is, and the staff are so nice.

The hotel was clean and smelled lovely. Rooms are updated and the breakfast area was large with plenty of seating.

Everything was excellent except for an issue with billing my credit card without my knowledge. It seems that they charge a $5.00 fee if you book through Hotels.com or Expedia.com. I have been booking with Hotels.com for three years and probably 30 different hotel rooms and never had anything like this before. The thing I really didn't appreciate was the fact that they never said anything at check in about it and then billed my credit card after I had left. If you are going to do this you need to let people know at time of check in and it should also be in your ad on those sites.

Everything looked nice. The pool area is a joke. Its literally like 100 degrees in there. No ventilation. Its like a sauna. I tried to open the windows but they are screwed shut. The pool has way too much chlorine. So much the pool is cloudy. Went to the room and my son stepped on a rusty carpet staple. I asked the front desk person for a bandaid and she pulled out the first aid kit that was pretty much empty and told me she didnt have anything. They sold first aid kits and she told me I would have to buy one
We also found a few screws by the window in our room. The bathtub didnt have a plug so my kiddo took a shower.
On a good note the beds were very comfortable and the bedding is nice and soft.

Rooms old, and bad Oder, even non-smoking. Hot tub tiles were nasty. Pool needed work. Breakfast was a joke.

It was a great and safe place to stay and I would definitely recommend anyone to go there!

No towels in room had to go down to front desk. Front desk staff was rude toall travelers. Breakfast was out of most things after the first hour. Facility was nice and cleanliness was ok.

Our reservation showed there would be a nominal fee charged by the hotel when we checked in. When we checked in, however, the hotel told us the fee was almost double that stated by Expedia. Not a lot of money, but why the difference from when we made the reservation just a few hours before checking in? Full disclosure of the costs involved should be a standard.

Pros: The hotel appears very nice on the outside, and the lobby area was very well kept. The people at the front desk were very friendly, and the check-in process was pretty quick. The bed was very comfortable.
Cons: While the room was very clean, it could’ve used some maintenance. There was rust all along the doorframe to the bathroom, and some of the tiles were coming up.
