The shower selection was stuck on shower. No bath here. The breakfast was a joke and a disgrace to the term. The girl serving the food was rude and apparently lazy because the food was undercooked or empty. The gravy was milk and water. Yummy on a rock hard biscuit.

Entire hotel smelled like smoke. Door was open when I got to room and the room smelled like smoke.

This hotel is not very clean. Water splatter marks all over the bathroom, foot prints and hand prints on walls. Hallways have bleached stains everywhere on the floor. Paint splatter everywhere. My door key never worked due to paint splatter. Marijuana smoke all night long due to employees living onsite. Metal doors to rooms so you hear everything going on in each room. Just gross, pay more go somewhere else.

Staff was very helpful. Vanessa overnight front desk clerk provided awesome customer sercice. She treated my family very awesome.

Pool was very filthy, fitness room was closed room was ok, breakfast was horrible, Continental breakfast should include some kind of meat ...not at all

Check in was good. Fast, but the rooms just felt dirty when entering there was mud on the sofa. Had to put towels so I wouldn’t see it. I’ve stayed here before as my daughter has Texas children appointments and never had issues just this time the overall atmosphere felt dirty.

It’s what one would expect at a budget hotel. Kinda clean but the non smoking room smelled like smoke. Cleaning supplies and used towels left in the bathroom. Brown streaks left around the ac unit. Overall average service, nothing to complain about there.

The staff was very attentive. The front desk receptionist Kelly was amazing. We arrived in town earlier than expected. She got us checked in right away. The rooms were very clean. The only complaint I have is the walls are very thin. You can hear EVERYTHING from the rooms above you and the rooms next to you. We were not able to get a good nights sleep.

The night shift attendant was very rude. The room I originally booked was not the room I was giving and I was told to deal with it. Then the room key cards wouldn't work and the night attendant was very rude about it again when trying to get the key cards to work.

The only nice thing was they let us check in 20 min early.
Other then that there was crumbs on the bed, the walls are paper thin, heard footsteps from next room, we could hear people outside talking, the elevator ding was so loud heard every person going in and out of elevator.
Did not sleep well due to noise.

This properly has been under constant remodeling and construction for the last 3 yrs that I have come for the Big Ride Rodeo in Rosenberg and Needville...there has been no improvement and appears to have become worse than before....furniture was in the hallway, the parking lot still had spaces filled with equipment for construction and the carpet and rooms need replacing/or painted...the only thing that looks decent is the building on the outside and the lobby/breakfast area...

I will never stay here again. The place is absolutely disgusting. The room smells very strong of mold and wet dog. The bathroom shower head was completely covered in mold along with the floors around the ac unit. The carpets are horrific. Our shampoos were just left in the bottom of the shower along with someone else’s hair. I spoke to the receptionist after we checked in about everything, he said I would need to talk to the manager in the morning. (I could not get a refund because I booked through hotels.com so I would have to speak with them separately). I spoke to the receptionist on the morning shift who said there was nothing that could be done. The manager was on duty but would not come out to speak with me in person. This place is horrible and I would recommend going somewhere else!!

Staff was very pleasant. The gym wasn’t open due to renovations, as with other portions of the hotel. This is good since it needed updating. Still a very good breakfast provided to the guests.

Smelled like weed as soon as we got off the elevator to our room, Carpet was sticky, bed was SUPER HARD, AC unit sounded like a helicopter, bathroom was disgusting with poop on the side of the toilet, microwave had something blow up in it. Front desk staff was nice, and helpful when we asked for extra bedding for fold out couch for child. Lady that brought it looked like she lived here. She was in a nightgown and slippers.

We read the reviews after booking and found the poor reviews to be accurate. You can hear everything that is going on around you especially the banging of doors. A dirty wash cloth hanging on the shower curtain, mold around the tub. On the bright side we didn’t find any bugs.

All in all a good value. Property was in good condition, a few blemishes, lady that checked me in was delightful, friendly and helpful. Great location on the edge of SW Houston Metro.

My daughter and I were in town for the AEW show that night happening right around the corner and we have to say that all of the negative reviews that this place has received prior to now are resolved. The room was very clean, AC was already on so the room was cool, fridge and microwave were in great working order, beds were super comfortable, staff let us check in early and offered recommendations for dinner and getting to our event, and even worked with us when we ended up checking out a few minutes late. The only negative we have is that the elevator broke down just before we got there and they hadn't gotten it fixed by the time we left, but that's not enough for me to say negative things about this trip. Would definitely stay again.

Work check in ever. Elevator didn’t work and was painting the stair well so has painters plastic covered in paint over the entire flight if stairs. Very unsafe. Horrible experience .

We had pubic hair all over our beds and couch! Mold was on the vent. We left immediately and went to another hotel. Nobody would issue a refund! Would never stay here and will be figuring how to get a refund

Don’t stay here if you want to watch tv while in the room. They don’t have any local channels on the tv. And not all cable channels. So much for watching football games while in my room on a Saturday.

Upon arrival, the staff had a difficult time finding out reservation after providing the confirmation number. Took serval attempts to locate our reservation. The lobby is very dated and in much need of repair, upgrade and needs an exterminator asap (2 roaches and big spider). Once we finally received the room key, we were greeted with musty and dirty odor after opening the door.
One of the Queen beds had a stain on the top sheet.
We arrived at 2am and had an early drive the next morning. At this point, we were just too tired to find something else.

I’ve stayed at this property in the past and it was clean and very comfortable but this time they were remodeling it was a poor job, paint on the carpet the carpet smell in the rooms. The bathrooms weren’t that clean shower rods were falling down breakfast was barely adequate not enough coffee ready, I would not recommend staying at this hotel unless you really don’t care whether it’s clean or not I would not stay there again

There was nothing "unique" about this property. Things often didnt work or stopped working (key cards). I dont want to just trash the place on here but i dont believe i will be staying there again.
