We enjoyed our stay at Staybridge. The suite that we had was nice, the staff were always friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was good, so was the happy hour! The only negative that I have is the Shampoo, Conditioner, and Body Wash had too strong of a scent. It would be nice if you would offer guests a choice between scented and non-scented options for those of us that can't tolerate strong perfumed scents.

Stayed three nights. Room was spacious and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Quiet on the 11th floor. Breakfast was well stocked and good variety. Front desk staff were always pleasant and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

It was average. The front desk lady was very friendly. We were here for four nights and didn’t get house keeping one time. We were told they weren’t available. E had to go get towels, toilet paper, and whatever else was needed. It worries been really nice if we could’ve had our room cleaned. Especially for the money we paid for four nights. We won’t stay here again. We will make sure and ask if housekeeping services the rooms from now on.

Hotel location was great for our trip to the Alamodome. We were able to walk. Hotel was clean, safe, and the breakfast crew were the best! Even faced with rude visitors, they manage to smile and provide excellent service. I respect that and appreciate that.

My husband and I stay here every year for the past 6 years. We love that parking is come and go, the rooms are clean and have a wonderful view. It’s so beautiful at Christmas.

Love this hotel. Clean, spacious and across the street from the Amtrak depot, making it super convenient to stay at. No waiting on a ride. Breakfast is delicious and the staff is very friendly.

The double bedroom for a small group is nice.
It's a little difficult finding the entrance of the hotel--hotel needs a sign that stands out for the main entrance.
The parking part of it isn't good, but I do understand that it is compact in that area.

This is a great hotel for attending a concert at the Alamodome. It’s a 2minute walk! So convenient. Breakfast is included, coffee all day, rooms are convenient with a full size fridge. Staff are very helpful, parking is a breeze. There are laundry facilities onsite. Highly recommend!

My family and I stayed for a UTSA game, hotel had a perfect location- walking distance to everything, the game, dinner etc. The rooms were great, breakfast delicious, staff super friendly 😊

The property was neat, clean, orderly and pleasing to the eye. The price per night's stay is good considering the daily breakfast and complimentary happy hour eats and drinks three nights a week. The hotel is within walking distance to the River Walk, The Alamo, The Convention Center and the Downtown Area. It is around a 10–15-minute cab drive from the airport. Mid-week, I had to be moved to a different room because of an accident with the plumbing. I was not charged for that day's stay. I spent 20 years and three days in the U. S. Military (NAVY) and was not given a military discount. I would like to see the hotel correct this erroneous. If they do, I will stay again.

From our greeting from the nice lady at the front desk upon our arrival , to the location that was within walking distance to the Amtrak station , and also to the 2 friendly ladies ( Tabi/ Aundria) working in the breakfast area, it was the perfect location.

We loved our hotel stay & will definitely return! The hotel staff was friendly & helpful. Our room was spacious, clean & quiet with a city view. There's a $25 parking fee per stay. The Riverwalk, Alamodome & restaurants are a short walking distance.

We came to SA for a dance competition! Trying to find how to get in this hotel is a lil complicated! We drove around the block a few times looking for the tiny street where the front door was! We had to ask a valet guy where to go! When I went to check in they only had one room for me when I booked two! The girl at the front desk seemed annoyed that I needed two rooms like my reservation had said! She at first told me there was no more rooms available but then when I showed her my reservation confirmation for two rooms and she then proceeded to call her supervisor as if she needed permission to give me another room! I got my other room and our stay was just okay!
