There was never any staff to reach, there was also a power outage with no emergency lighting.

The staff was fantastic and very friendly. Stayed for one night, but the location is great, and will stay again on our next time through the area.

An average stay at Comfort Inn, very small room with a window that hardly opened and no option to upgrade to a balcony room. There was no glassware available so had to drink wine using plastic. The pool was a good size and we appreciated free parking and breakfast. Walkable to the main street, a park and the laje. Riva Restaurant next door was AWESOME - make a reso ahead of time.

We stayed one night and had to complain about our room. It was very dirty but the staff was friendly and offered us another room which we took. breakfast was buffet style. the breads were stale and homefries were cold and hard. Otherwise everything else was great.although there were a couple of complaints, it wasnt horrible so i would recommend staying here and we would stay again as well. The beds and pillows were super comfy

Quick one night stay on the way back to Toronto. The Front Desk agent upon check-in was super and had a good sense of humor. All staff were friendly and made staying a pleasure.

Stayed for a family reunion off site. The woman who checked me 8n on Friday evening and at check out on Monday morning was just so positive…after an 8 hour drive, I really appreciated it. Everyone else including the folks who took care of the breakfast were such a joy to encounter. Many thanks to you all. You made our stay just so incredibly pleasant.

Breakfast was disappointing. There was plenty of selection but the eggs and sausages seemed to be of poor quality. Breakfast and coffee was much better at other locations.

I don't understand why it is rated as Star 2 hotel. The services is excellent; the staff are so helpful; and the environment is excellent. With swimming pool and spa; free breakfast, it is not just value for money, I am willing to pay more for such excellent hotel. It should be rated as Star 3 instead of 2 hotel.

This hotel is tired. However, when compared to others in town, it is quite good. Walkable to every attraction in Gananoque.

Facilities and equipment outdated and old fashioned but well maintained. Worst thing is the hotel is two storey high but without an elevator. Quite a challenge for people with luggage especially seniors

A little disappointed with our check-in as the staff member told us there was no reservation. It took quite a bit to locate the reservation which was prepaid. So not very friendly. The outside of the hotel & the location was excellent. Our room needed a good cleaning beyond surfaces. Corners, baseboards & doors were extremely dusty & the bathtub had quite a bit of mold. Breakfast was ok but paper plates & plastic utensils is not great. Will not stay again.

Too bad you have to pay for the breakfast. I would have preferred to not have it. I'm not a fan of their breakfasts, especially the 'Mother Parker's' coffee.

After you take the 1000 Island Cruise there’s not much else to do. Restaurants in the area are not very good and are very pricey. The only complaint about the room was that it was really small. Everything else about the hotel was good…

The staff was excellent and the room was spacious. A safe in the room would have been nice. Our shower was not working but was repaired in a timely manner. Breakfast was good.
