The location was fantastic! The room was ok. Very small. The bathroom is where we had most of our issues. No hair dryer(but we called the front desk and got one), no fan for during showers so it got very steamy, sink must've been clogged because it drained very slow, the lotion they provided came out like cloudy water, the shower curtain was ripped so water leaked all over floor.
The bar is only open for like 2 hours.

Never used the valet parking. Was still charged the $45 per night parking fee. At check out, I had them remove the charge. Got home to find out I was charged for it anyway. Called twice so far. Still no credit. Bed was comfortable, room was clean. Pot smoke seeping in to our room from the stairwell was bad. Manager said she has tried to stop it but there’s nothing they can do. Elevator was broken during our stay. Staff was nice. But I won’t stay here again.

Great stay! Location was perfect! Hotel staff was a little goofy, not the most prepared and not the best people skills, but would stay here again! The extra $10 for a balcony room was definitely worth it!!

I emailed prior to our stay to say that my friend and i were going to come and its our first time in Savannah and that its also her birthday. I received a quick response saying they will make sure to do something nice for the special occasion. We pull up to valet, no one comes to greet us, theyre just standing inside staring at us. I had to ask if they were even the valet. We check in, go to room, and nothing special. Our view was a parking garage wall. No kind of welcome amenity or even a note! The AC didnt work, so it was hot in the room. The TV kept buffering. Horrible 1st time experience in Savannah. I wish i would have booked somewhere else where they would have at least acknowledged my requests.

The hotel was in an ideal location in the heart of historic Savannah. We were across the street from River Street and half block from the pink house. It was a great value.

Unfortunately, our room was not completely clean and both beds had hair on the sheets and pillows. I told the front desk about the hair and asked them to please change the sheets. After that, the beds were made, but there was more hair in one. Not happy with that at all. There was also a pill of some sort on the floor and the tub didn’t drain. They need to work on cleanliness.

When we arrived Sunday night, they did not tell us they were having air-conditioning problems. Sunday and Monday night the heat in the room was unbearable. We were told they're air-conditioning was out and offered a fan. This hotel room was very expensive, enough to have working air-conditioning.
This is unacceptable!
I will never stay here and will make sure all my friends and family know the poor service we recieved.

We stayed x 3 nights, room wasn’t cleaned until we have to call and request for someone to remove trash & bring clean towels. The guy who checked us in on 1/12 early AM was friendly and accommodating, the front staff after that was either unfriendly/uncaring or busy on their phones. Hot breakfast was good. The guy tending the bar on 1/13 night made me good margaritas for my 50th bday & I sure got drunk! I missed seeing the sunrise from the roof deck on my bday (that was the reason why I booked there) coz the door to it opens at 8am,i was at the front desk at 0730. I have to go up to the parking garage next door instead- I just asked for a 30 min consideration but the lady roughly said No!

The cashier staff the night of 01/10 was amazing. Very friendly, inviting and wonderfully engaging with our child. Valet staff was prompt and courteous. Hotel was nice and clean with a great view.
