We had a great time. The property is hidden away which made it quiet which is what we wanted to relax.

Nice, affordable hotel located 10-12 minute walk from beach. 15 min walk to the supermarket. There is a coffee shop close by 8 min walk. The rooms have been recently-ish renovated, very clean and everything was intact; kitchen area and bathroom had updated fixtures. AC in bedroom only. Very low water pressure in the shower and while sometimes there was hot water other times there wasn’t. Pool was great, not that many loungers tho. Overall not at all bad for the price! Very lovely staff, knowledgeable and helpful.

Loved the fact it felt comfy and safe. Great place to unwind and chill. Bus, local shops and the beach pretty much 5 minute walk. Oh and the Massy grocery store has a Starbucks, win win.

I liked that the property was very clean. No problem with parking. The staff was very friendly. I would have like to have a 2nd TV in the bed room.

The property is nice and spacious. It has got everything you need.
We stayed there for 14 nights and cooked for breakfast and dinners every other day.
It is in a very quiet and nice area. The main shop is only 10 minute walk as well as restaurants and the beach.
The ladies at the reception are amazing and always there to help.
The only issue that we experienced was wifi troubles however they were resolved as quickly as possible could.
We absolutely loved our stay there.

We had a garden room which was situated outside of the main property / pool area but we loved it. Very quiet and peaceful, room was huge, felt very safe, lovely garden, easy to walk to Holetown and the beach.

Lovely place to stay for a few days, the staff were warm and welcoming and the facilities clean with everything we needed. Probably very good for families or larger groups due to the space and facilities, but for a couple I would probably look for somewhere closer to the beach and more intimate surroundings next time. Very good value for money though.

Positives:Quiet, natural surroundings, updated cottage, great staff all around. Negatives: would need more comfortable seating outside on porches and air conditioning or fans in kitchen\living area.

First time staying at this property and we were very impressed with everything. The staff are a real credit to the hotel. Friendly and welcoming. The hotel is in a fabulous location. Within walking distance of the beautiful beaches, restaurants and beach bars. Plenty buses passing by locally for those who want to explore.
Highly recommend the on-site restaurant called Asian Spice, the menu was fabulous and we had the best curry ever.

We liked our ‘standard’ suite that was more private than the ‘luxury’ suites by the pool. It was peaceful and had lovely views of gardens - monkeys also ran by periodically! We appreciated bedding and towels being changed every couple of days, and the ability to get beach towels at reception. Hole Town with all its amenities was within walking distance, as was Paynes Bay beach backing salubrious Sandy Lane. Staff were friendly and accommodating and there was entertainment some afternoons and evenings should you wish to be more sociable! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend All Seasons.

Incredibly slow service, waitress was clueless in restaurant (had to check 6 times with chef what is on menu), broken door handles, got locked in bathroom unable to get out, lock on entrance door unable to lock to apartment, not safe at night, reception ordered taxi to take us to nye dinner, driver was late and drove at 1mile per hour we were late. He forgot where he was taking us! No wifi in rooms as advertised, No compensation offered for disappointing accommodation and conditions. Cleaners walked into room while we were sleeping. AVOID. DO NOT STAY HERE.

No hot water in shower for 8 days . Front door to bungalow did not lock 🔒, broken so slept first night with door open. Unsafe ! Next morning they replaced the locks. Bathroom door handle came off twice and I got locked inside unable to get out . Shower bar and toilet roll handle coming off wall. For a brand new renovated place it’s not complete. Missing lightbulb in living room lamp, when reported , ugh came to fix but it didn’t work. Barbados speed of doing things . Perhaps it’ll be ready by 2027! Incredibly slow . Pool was nice. Waitress in restaurant was terrible had to go back to chef 5 times to check what’s on the menu as she didn’t know. WiFi was only installed on 3rd day . Disappointing for the price. Whistling frogs 🐸 outside all night are unbearable to try to sleep . Wouldn’t stay again

The rooms have ample space — not crowded like a hotel room. Air conditioning works very well for sleeping peacefully at night.

Loved our stay. Quiet resort with parking space next to our immaculately clean and spacious room. Staff very friendly. Although we enjoyed the Indian restaurant i would have loved it if it was traditional Bajan food and would have used it more.

Outstanding service, clean, spacious, food air con, own parking space, perfect little spot for bringing a toddler.
(Tip: Only let down by very very limited kitchen utensils etc, so bring your own knife, non stick pan, caffitiere, large drinking vessels)

I believe the property was mis sold. I was supposed to get aroom with a sea view, but there are no rooms with a sea view.

The property was all inclusive and also provided full kitchen in the suites. It felt like a community and a luxurious stay at the same time. The facilities were beautifully kept and the staff offered real Bajan hospitality from end to end.

Overall nice place and central location. For the “deluxe” suite it was Not the cleanest (ex. some stains on the couch, etc). The bed wasn’t the most comfortable. Sheer curtains would be nice for some privacy. There are several things that could change/upgrade but I would stay here again.

Lied to upon check in saying it would just be a couple mins even though we arrived after check in. My Father, in a wheelchair was extremely exhausted and they didn’t let us check in until nearly 2 hours after check in time. Story changed 3 times as to why the delay. I do not appreciate being given the ruin around while an 84 year old is left waiting in the heat. Rooms not clean, many ants and even a gecko in my bed one night. Beach MUCH further than advertised.

It's really hard to judge fairly during Covid-19 restrictions as its not a complete picture of this accommodation. Price per pound I was very happy. All the staff were pleasant and polite and the accommodation was fine (I was in the cheapest villa they had) we will call it shabby chic, but that just adds to the charm. If you want better you'll pay a lot more elsewhere (remember this is probably the most expensive area in Barbados to stay. As stated the beach and town are about ten min walk. The question is would I stay again?...... I definitely would and will be booking again.

Honestly for the price paid and what you get is horrible . I heard people say the same as us . The internet was horrible. It’s 2021 they need some sort of router . I feel sorry for people who have to stay long periods to quarantine .

The hotel needs a lot of upgrading. The sheets were hard and the pillows smelled. There's no ac in the sitting area of the room so it was just hot. Shower curtain was stained. When it come to good the prices are ridiculous the taxes alone makes you feel like you're paying for another plate of food. Don't waste your money here. I paid $22 for exactly 2 chicken wings cut in 4 pieces.
