Towels thin. Furniture needed refreshing. Young lady at front desk incredibly helpful.

Well to start, you booked us twice. After visiting with the front desk, they fixed it.
The room had a contct lens on the floor in the bathroom. We don't wear contracts. The refrigerator leaked water. What a mess.

Wonderful room with lots of space and a large bathroom. Only complaint was that the bed was overly firm and I wish they had a bin for recycling.

Just an overnighter for a concert 4 hours from home. Checkin was easy. Room was immaculate. Check out was easy. Bed was comfy.

Room was fine. Nothing special but also nothing wrong. Check in took a little bit. Had to wait for someone to come out from an office.

I had no reservation when I got there. According to the GM, they were never contacted regarding my request to cancel Friday night as we would be coming up Saturday. I was charged a no-show fee and the room was cancelled. This was a shock considering I had messaged back and forth with hotels.com and have emails regarding the requests. As well as a phone call from your staff confirming they were working on it, but waiting for the hotel manager to respond. The GM informed me and attempted to show me that no one from hotels.com (Expedia) ever messaged them. I was shocked. Someone is outright lying to me and it cost me $230.00!

We paid extra for a standard room and they gave us a studio. The chair was broken, it was hot and dirty

Liked having a suite with a separate bedroom. Very convenient to go to Kansas Speedway.
Didn't like that the bedroom did not cool off like the main room. Seems to be not enough ventilation into the bedroom.

our first room was very dirty, so we changed rooms immediately. The second room was not that much better. The air conditioner leaked so badly that our carpet was soaking wet. I had a very odd mildewy smell as well.

Loved having a kitchenette in the room! Only downfall we experienced was the slowness of the internet server. After checking with the front desk regarding this issue, I was told the internet could be slow at Tim’s due to multi hotels using the same server.

Our room wasn’t ready at 6pm, and the sheets for the pullout bed were not very clean.

The hotel is nice and very accessible. The TVs in the room didn’t work and the pull out couch had no linens for us to be able to utilize it.

We unlocked our room only to find that it was already occupied. When we went down to confront the front desk they only said “yea. We knew we double booked, we just couldn’t remember which room it was”. I had two rooms booked in the same name and our party ended up two floors apart. The floors were sticky and disgusting and the hallways smelled like sewage. Will never stay here again!

I reserved a 1 bedroom suite with a queen bed and a separate living area with pullout couch. I got a double bed room. There was a dirty towel hanging in the bath room. They quickly resolved the towel situation. They told me there were no suites available and that their records did not indicate a 1 begroom suite was booked. Not happy.

The smoke detector starting beeping at 3:30 and didn't stop until 5:30am. We had to be up at 6:30, so we didn't call the front desk as we assumed it would take a long time to get someone up there or move us to another room.

This is a "no frills" hotel and I was looking for a few more "frills," like free breakfast and towels for the right number of people we had in the suite. We used the pullout sofa and had to request pillows, sheets, a coverlet, etc.

The room is a bit outdated. We had a mugging incident in the parking lot. Not terrible experience but will pick a different location next time.

I have read several reviews. We experienced only the positive side and none of the negatives. We were impressed with the kitchen space and the room size. We would absolutely stay here again.

It seems whenever I book with Expedia there are delays at checking in at hotels. It also seems when room selection you select at Expedia is not really the same room that you receive.

Our room felt damp, a looked to have some mold in a picture frame in our room. Otherwise was clean and bathroom was very clean. Decent place to stay if you’re not spending all day in the hotel

We love staying at this property when we are in town for the NASCAR races. The rooms are clean and spacious enough for us 3 adults. The only negative is that each time we have stayed (this was our second time staying here), the fan to the room did not work. However, they did rectify this by giving us a box fan each time. This is definitely our Hotel choice going forward.
