We were assisted by Cindy at check-in. She was very patient, professional, polite, and prompt. This was my first stay at this property and I will return just for these reasons alone.

It was really a bad experience. Their vallet system is horrible. Because of their system blockage, I could not get my car on time and we missed our show for the first 50 minutes. Not only I missed my show, but I had to pay extra dollars for Uber back-and-forth to Excalibur where I had booked my show. The staff did not seem to have any remorse. Yes, they were trying to help, But the system was horrible. At checkout, nobody showed any gesture of courtesy That we had missed show for which I had paid almost $200. I had to take Uber back-and-forth. There were no courtesy in kind and behavior by the staff. They did say that their system messed up, but it doesn’t happen often. But they did not give any compensation for all inconvenience cost to me for no fault of mine. They were sorry, but not sorry.
For me and my friends this is never a place to go again not because of the system mess up because it can happens anywhere, But because of their attitude, no compensation whatsoever following their own mess up.
My experience with Wynn and Encore have been much better. Any other hotel I’ve been to they are kind, and if they mess up the compensate in someway for it, which is just a feeling of respect given to you as a customer.

We loved our suite. It was just my daughter and I and we had so much extra room!

Overall we love it here every time we stay, the room are spacious for the kids and staff are fast and friendly. Just weird when they were doing maintenance around other rooms near us made our sink shoot out water and left nasty residue. We made the complaint and front desk at checkout was nice to remove the resort fees.

I cannot explain in words how amazing our stay was at The Palazzo by The Venetian. This was my 1st time at this property as well as 3 of our friends were visiting Vegas for the 1st time. The room was so spacious and every day housekeeping did an amazing job. Any time we asked for water bottles at front reception, we were given as many as we'd like except throughout the night which sucked. Overall, I can't wait to return to The Venetian!

Beds were not very comfortable. Trash was left in the room. Numerous spots on the tile were left. Things were removed from the complementary stuff before we arrived

Booked a room with king bed at the Palazzo a month in advance with guaranteed late check-in. All the rooms were sold out and they sent me to the Venetian with a double bed, which was a 10 minute walk and two different elevator rides to get to. The bedside table was dirty. The next day I moved to the Palazzo, but the electricity was out in that room, resulting in no air and all of the cordless phones were not working because they weren’t charged. We got the master switch turned on eventually, checking in & moving rooms all required, standing in a long line to get room keys. No one‘s fault but mine, but I left my external charger in the first room while trying to pack up to move to the second room. If I had gotten the correct room in the first place, all of that could’ve been avoided.

Our stay at the Palazzo at The Venetian was fantastic! Highly recommend upgrade to include the 23rd floor Prestige lounge and consierge service! Thomas was incredibly thoughtful and helpful in helping us plan our short weekend stay! The lounge is a spacious, relaxing retreat.

The good thing was the room was extremely clean and comfortable the bad part it’s that the mini fridge had drinks and as soon as you picked it up they charge you for it and the sign explaining that was very small and didn’t see it till you where settled in at the front desk they didn’t mention that it would have been good to know.

Very good hotel. The only problem is that they only have a minibar that includes drinks, etc. and if you take something out it will be charged to the room immediately. What I would suggest is get a separate freezer or fridge to store your own drinks like water. Also, for a five star hotel, I think you should present a coffee maker, such as Nespresso or so.

It was always a goal of mine to come to Vegas and stay at the Venetian. I loved that as a gold member of Expedia, our room was upgraded at no extra cost and it included a later checkout! Located in the center of the strip was perfect. Only negative feedback is that the upgraded King Suite came with the view of a brick wall ☹️. I would’ve still taken the upgrade; however, a forewarning would have been nice. Overall, great stay and I will always use Expedia for my trip planning!

I enjoyed the property but was disappointed with the Prestige Club. We arrived one evening to find the lounge closed for a private function. No warning, just sorry we’re closed.

Room was clean and big. We had a king suite with a city view. Bed was comfortable. Loved the many options for food and shopping. Only complaint is the annoying store workers who constantly bug you as you walk by to take a sample or try asking you questions to get you into their store/salon. Other then that it was a great stay and an amazing, clean, comfortable hotel.

After the check-in issue, I had an enjoyable stay. The room was spacious and fairly clean. The check-in process however was horrible and needs improvement. Waiting an hour in line to check-in and then have to wait another hour for your room to be ready is unacceptable.

The Staff at the Palazzo was beyond expectation. Very helpful and courtesy. I've stayed at 100's of lodging over my travels around the world. By far this was the number one for the price and service and will highly recommend to others.
