Great place to stay. Room was really nice and very clean. Only thing was the train going by all night!!

North Tower room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Casino staff was pleasant, mostly friendly. Casino bathrooms were very clean. The access to the walking trail along the river was wonderful! Are only complaint: There were many, many families staying for a baseball tournament. Saturday night they set up in the lounge area of the North Tower. The kids were playing football directly in the walkway getting off the elevator and rounding to corner. They were running right in front of people trying to walk to the casino. I myself had to stop or I would have been knocked over. Probably 20-25 small children while the parents just sat there allowing it. The casino management should it have allowed this! These families were not the only guest in the resort.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable we were put in a room on the opposite side of the casino which was perfect as we were there to attend a concert, not gamble. It was quiet and easy to get to the concert venue.

We used to love to stay here. Now it isn't as clean as it once was, there's no service and one towel pr person for our entire stay. The tissue box had one tissue and one roll of toilet paper. The casino has no entertainment and we found ourselves going to other casinos close by. But what got me the most was we arrived at 2:40 and tried to check in. Our room was ready, but because it was before 3:00, they wanted to charge us a $10 fee for early check in. It isn't a large amount, it was just annoying because we were already paying $500 for 3 nights. We stepped aside for 20 minutes, caught up with friends, then stepped back up to the window to check in. If the the front desk clerks were nice, I might not have minded. But they must have been having a bad day as they only had time to yell at a young boy bouncing a ball. I probably won't stay again!!!

The hotel and our room, both, were very clean and comfortable. Very nice size room, we stayed in a standard King room. The shower was amazing. Sometimes in hotels, the water pressure is low or you run out of hot water? Not here, the best hotel shower by far. Sometimes it’s the little things! My ONLY complaint about this hotel is there was no microwave in the room for leftover food or drink. There is also a couple of local places to eat that we really enjoyed! Stacks, a breakfast place and an Italian restaurant for dinner, Trattoria Tiramisu (the Alfredo was so good)! Not fancy places but delicious food and great service! We would definitely stay at this hotel again!

The shower took about five minutes of running wster for hot water. There was hair on the shower tile wall from the last person who showered.

Stood in line to check in at 4 PM with several other people. Went to room to find it already occupied!! Embarrassing for both parties. We took our bags & went back down to the lobby, finally got someone’s attention (because we weren’t about to stand in line a second time) we were assigned another room in the opposite tower, which I didn’t originally book, as we wanted a water view, but figured we would be on the floor gambling anyway, so didn’t make a fuss. The room. Ugh. THIS, I should have made a fuss over, but again, my bad, I didn’t. Because we thought we would be gambling the night away we hoped the pet urine odor (or carpet made of moldy towel smell) would fade- it didn’t. We ended up coming back to the room early because our experience in the casino wasn’t as fun as it used to be. No decent bourbon at bar, so I went to the restaurant for a basic bourbon (usually about $25 a BOTTLE) a SINGLE was $17.25. Seriously, airport bar prices. It had been a while since we’ve been to the QC & the Isle & I can say without question, it’s seriously deteriorating. We mistakenly got “breakfast” before we left- I cannot strongly recommend enough to not do this. If you are heading back home in the morning, skip that part If our minds weren’t made up after both of us woke up with headaches from the smell of the room, the absolute filthy, trash laden parking garage was the final straw. It was like each car had emptied their own trash bag – every day for a month.

Very nice room and comfortable bed.
