I like this property and have stayed here many times, but this time I recieved no maid service to refresh my room. I stayed 3 nights, when I return to my room the second day my room was not serviced. I went down to the front desk and they said they dont service after one night and I am scheduled for service tomorrow. So I grabbed some extra towels. The next day I came back to my room at 9:30pm and my room had not been touched. I was too

No lights in area. Couldn’t see how to even drive to office. Looked to be on a muddy dead end road. Needs better signs and lights. Bed was very comfortable. Rachel was a great employee!!

Staff was friendly and the hotel was exceptionally clean. The breakfast was also really good. I would recommend. We stayed for 5 days over the Christmas holidays. It was convenient, quiet, and clean.

It was great and great service and breakfast. The side door needed to be pulled in hard to be sure it was closed and locked. That was the only thing I was not to happy about. Would not want anyone coming in thru that door that did not belong there.

Appeared to be relatively new hotel. Very clean and modern. Breakfast was good and freshly prepared. Arrived lated in evening and left early next morning, as just traveling through, but a welcome rest stop.

The bed was very comfortable. However, staff smokers should not do their smoking near the front entrance which causes guests to walk through the smoke on the way in & out of the hotel.

We had several issues with our room during our stay. When we first arrived, the air conditioner wasn’t working, and our room was 78 degrees. We had to call the front desk to get them to come fix it. It was just a matter of resetting it, but I feel it should have been done before we arrived, due to the heat wave we are under. The other issue we had was we ran out of toilet paper, trash was overflowing, and we needed new towels, and they didn’t come clean our room. We had to stop by the front desk on our way out to let them know and they said they could come the next day, but I told them we needed it that day. When we got back, we were handed a bag of towels and told to put the dirty towels and trash outside the door to be picked up. Don’t appreciate having to do the maid service when I’m paying for a room!!

One night stay with family just driving through. The hotel was new and very clean. The bed was so comfortable and they had a great hot breakfast in the mornkng. Highly recommend!

The hotel is directly adjacent to the highway so it is convenient BUT they cheaped out on the windows and you hear significant highway noise ALL day/night long. It is tolerable for a one night stay.
The bathroom was clean but the vent connects to the adjacent room bathroom. You see light through the vent and I had the pleasure of hearing my neighbor brushing their teeth and burping while I was getting ready for the day. The rooms seemed safe and quiet other than the droning highway noise.

I didn't like that the vent in the bathroom was connected to the room on side of you therefore you could hear and smell EVERYTHING. There was only one elevator in the hotel.

Easy to navigate. 1st room key did not work, we were upgraded to king suite. Big comfortable room and very comfortable bed. Best sleep of our vaca was here.

When i got to the hotel to check in, the clerk was on the phone dealing with some kind of problem. I was waiting but she asked for my ID. She checked me in and all while still on the phone. She didn't say anything except asking for ID and credit card. I asked where the room was, inside or outside, she pointed and said theres the elevated. I understand having to deal with problems but she could have handled them on the phone then handled me so i could ask my questions. Otherwise excellent place to stay.
