Got to breakfast by 9:00 and there was nothing left!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Microtel. The room was very nice and I loved the raised sink and bar area in the "living room" area. We have stayed at other Microtels in the past and our golden retriever has always loved lying on the window seat so I was thrilled to see that this room had one as well. I really appreciate being able to open the windows instead of using the air conditioning. We appreciated the toiletries in the shower and bathroom. The staff was very nice (except for 1 little incident with the man who checked us in, he told me that my card hadn't gone through and argued with me when I told him that I had proof on my bank statement. Clearly he was wrong because he handed me the keys anyways). The breakfast options were very nice, hubby really enjoyed the french toast and Ilike the egg and sausage croissant and we even gave our pup one of the omelets. There truly were so many great options offered and the breakfast area was always neat and clean and well stocked. I love that there was an area for us to take our pup to use the bathroom and also that there were so many restaurant options all around us that we could even walk to. Our room was very quiet and the bed was comfortable and I appreciated the extra blanket in the closet. Microtel has become our very favorite place to stay and we are already looking forward to returning in the fall. Highly recommend this place.

This dog-friendly hotel was perfect for our "family". The breakfast buffet has many good choices to get your day started. Check in was extremely easy. The only small negatives were that the sheets weren't very soft and you had to go to the lobby for a microwave.

The staff was very friendly. We didn't like the bed and had a problem with the toilet water continuously running on second night.

Everything in this hotel was great for the price, however there were 2 distinct issues: firstly, the exhaust in the bathroom would become far too loud intermittently, almost like a failing/grinding noise. The A/C fan in the living room also was unusually loud at times. Both of these also had a noticeable amount of dust within the events. It was stuff you could work around, and nothing deal breaking, but could be considered inconvenient.
Aside from that, everything else was great and went smoothly.

I thought I was paying at the time of the visit, but must have pre paid. I wanted to give some cash so not so high of a charge, they said they don't accept cash. I thought was weird

Easy on and off highway. Easy parking. Conveniently located. Good price. Two employees (man and woman) were arguing when we went to complimentary breakfast. Awkward for all who heard and left one employee to do everything. Luckily she was good and efficient. You are lucky to have her.

Individual employees were nice and helpful. Budget doesn’t even begin to describe this place. Accessible room was smaller than any room we’ve ever stayed in and the bathroom was like a prison cell. Nowhere to put toiletries or even hang a towel. Terrible. Will not return.

The room was extremely cold. Temperature set at 59. Despite changing the temperature to 74 the ac won’t stop. Had to sleep with a hoddie.

Great place to stay. Room was in good shape. Clean bed and bathroom. One issue however was the television channels were out of sync with the actual channels. The tv listed the weather channel but the channel was really ESPN. And no GOLF Channel or NBC so we could not watch Sunday night football.

We always stay at this property when we visit Bath. Always clean, and it is in a super convenient location. We had a personal issue arise this visit and the woman at the front desk was kind, understanding, and accommodating. Will continue to stay here when we are in town!

Really selfish management who wouldn’t give me a refund when my husband got so I’ll he couldn’t get out of bed to drive to this hotel. Despite multiple requests, management wouldn’t refund our money. Poor form to say the least

Ice maker on floor 3 was making a loud constant noise, desk allowed us to move to a quieter location.

The fitness room is smelly, I can’t stay inside. Saturday morning at 9am, run out of coffee, Sunday morning run out of juice, other days are fine.

I have stayed here about 6 times travelling from Canada to Connecticut. Friendly staff, always very clean, satisfactory breakfast. Near fast food and grocery store. Will stay here again!

Tom and Adorian were amazing and very friendly. All of the housekeepers were pleasant and very helpful. Will definitely return
