I have stayed here many times without an issue. However upon checkout this time I was charged for 1 breakfast buffet when I never even went to the restaurant. I was told the finance department would have to “research the issue” and could take a week or more before they would decide if I would be refunded or not. Perhaps they should change their “charge to room” feature for restaurants to match the other shops of scanning the wrist band not just manually writing down a room number (which could be anyone). Also, the hotel is in the process of setting up a system to change a fee for parking. Additionally, the kids movie experience was down during our stay.

This place is as you would expect considering 1,000s of kids come through every day. In general I thought the common areas were clean and the lobby is impressive. The rooms are bare bones, but do the trick with kids. The worst part of the hotel is the elevator situation, only one elevator bank for a huge tower and you’re always waiting a long time and our room was very far from it. My daughter loved the water park but we found it a little small and worn down compared to some others we’ve been to. If you have a napper, get a cabana, trust me! As many others have mentioned, the food isn’t good and neither is the service but we did enjoy the brewery just two minutes up the road. All in all, it was fine. We probably won’t be back, just a little too small and run down for the cost, but if you need a quick overnight for young kids, it’s perfectly fine.

Great time for the grandson to celebrate his 10th birthday! He loved the wave pool and spent most of his time there. We arrived on a Saturday around 11am and there were only one or two parking spaces in the whole area. It was very crowded until around 6pm. Be prepared to open your wallet and spend an additional $200.00 just in wand/game fees. No including food. We drove to McDonald's just a mile down the road. Overall, fun times and something he'll remember.

It’s great wolf lodge, so we expected the nickel and diming, so that’s that why we chose to add a credit card to our wristband. Unfortunately the 2 times we wanted to use it, we needed a physical credit card. So both the locker room and arcade required a physical credit card. It would’ve been so much better if we could use the feature we had.

We had a great time at great wolf lodge. We spent most of Our time in the waterpark but our room was clean and spacious. They had a ton of scheduled activities for the like dance parties and story times. The food is a bit expensive and your own snacks are not permitted in the waterpark and the activities are a little pricey but it’s still so much fun.

The facility is more impressive than I expected, of the Disneyland variety with impressive attention to detail and grand scale.
Upon arrival, our reservation could not be found due to it being made through Expedia and not direct through the facility. The staff was nice but that was alarming though ultimately resolved. Our room was ready right at the 4:00 deadline though we attempted to check in earlier (as does EVERYONE else so don't plan on it).
Our room was nice but not well cleaned. The faucet handles still had toothpaste gunk from previous guests that came off easily for me with a tissue so was just overlooked. There was also hair in all the corners of the room. I think the staff must get hit with a major crunch to turn over rooms quickly and don't have time to adequately clean.
Throughout our stay I was most impressed by the staff being warm, kind, and positive after dealing with kids and families all day. I don't know where they find this many employees who take their jobs seriously and are gracious the whole time but it's certainly impressive in this small town.

Still under renovation but huge improvement in cleanliness! The old dingy carpets are gone and replaced by new, clean lvps. The rooms now have a more modern look but still has that GWL feel that we all know and love!
They completely changed the magiquest game and clans so I do kind of miss the old, familiar game but I'm open to the new change and my kids still enjoyed playing it.

Really liked the place, easy to navigate and the water park is fun!
Only thing I would recommend is to double check the information, staff sometimes give you two different answers, so I got different info from the front desk and the customer service line.

Our 2 and 4 year olds had so much fun here! Holidays are great here with the decorations and meeting Santa too!

I was a little disappointed to find that portions of the Lodge are being renovated. However, I recognize that it will make the hotel more enjoyable in the long run. I rated our stay a 4 simply because of the cost.

Always a fun experience, hotels.com did not point out the fact that they are remodeling so some of the areas are out of commission. Not a big deal and it was still a fun time.

We had a great family stay. The construction seemed to take away some of the magic of the lodge.

I recommend not going during this time the construction going on is horrible and not worth the money we paid !! It was extremely dangerous with wires hanging out from the ceiling , debris falling on you during breakfast .

I stayed for one night with my family.No complaints.I had low expectation after reading some reviews.But we had a good time overall.Only thing I didn’t like was there is not much food options and no room service.But that is how this property is.I would definitely recommend for a family night out.
