Had an acute funny smell maybe because of the renovation on the upper floor but other than that everything was nice. They have a mirror on the headboard😌

The rooms “looks clean” but when I opened my room door either the carpet needs deep cleaning or some bc it was nope I had to spray a disinfectant it made that go away. The eco is cool but it makes me wonder if you aren’t washing changing things for 3 days when someone leaves a room after 1 or 2 is the cleaning lady allowed to change it btw people the young brown woman needs more ppl or customer service skills you are suppose to make guests feel welcomed not like they are suspects everyone else I came in contact with were A1 it make sure to read the description of the room size it make a difference the breakfast could be better maybe more fruit added daily to complement the other things. There is this awful smell maybe caused by sour washers maybe a sour mop I’m not sure but it’s just close to the wash room and the none carpets on the higher floors The potential is there overall but definitely needs some tweaking. And I know they are aware of the fixes. It’s not the worst but this location definitely has room for improvement

The bathroom was a little older but it was clean. Room was a little small but it’s call microtel so don’t expect a king size bed. It was a nice stay. It’s a nice place to stay at a decent price.

The listing was deceiving. The room was extremely small. The bed was a full-size at best, not a queen.
Wires were hanging out all around the TV, and parts of the furniture were broken.
There were groups of people loitering in the parking lot all night. Even when we were leaving at 5am a large group were playing music and drinking in the middle of the parking lot.
Didn’t feel safe, and definitely not an enjoyable experience.

I enjoyed the property's convenient location. Didn't enjoy the noise from contractors staying not their smelly trash in hallway, but that's not a reflection on the staff.

My car and two other vehicles were broken into on the same night . Nothing was done about it with the hotel. The one queen size room is small and they don't provide a microwave or mini frig

Horrible experience. We booked two nights was only there do 1.5 hours before having to leave. We switched rooms hoping for a better room but it was worse. Severe mildew smell or mold. Hair all over the floor and sink. The water came out BROWN from the sink. We are pursuing a complete refund or considering cancelling it through our bank.

Check-in was seamless. It took less than five minutes. The room was comfortable. Nothing fancy. Just a good stay

This was the worst experience ever. There was no hot water and we had roaches crawling on our food and my grandson bottles. I went to the fro t desk and showed the roach. Me and my family checked out and they refused to credit me back for a night instead I was charged for two nights. Manger was no help front counter worker was very unprofessional and also no help.

It was close to Southern University campus, and didn’t like was the AC wasn’t working properly, the smell, the housekeeping only made one bed up in a two bedroom room, the breakfast didn’t have more options, not enough towels for us, staff wasn’t very friendly, and the people/ children upstairs jumped and played all night long.

The hotel was very accommodating. I needed an early check in as I was going to a football game and didn’t wanna leave my luggage in the car. They were amazing. And the room was OK.

Was looking forward to a morning workout but the treadmill was not working. Barely any hot water coming from the bathtub.

The front desk staff wasn’t friendly at all upon check in. When we got to our room after checking in, the walls in the shower were filthy and looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. The night stand had something sticky on it upon check in and was not clean. while checking in, they couldn’t find my reservation until I pulled up my Expedia reservation. After doing so, the person at the front desk had to call someone to find it.. Lastly, after coming in from the LSU football game at 11pm, there was no hot water in the shower!

Woke up to ants all over the wall. Staff came to rm in morning with roach spray. Never called about ants. Had a list of rm numbers to spray which indicated to me that the staff already knew the rm had a problem beforehand.

The room had a terrible mildew smell in it. The tub was dirty also some of the big towels in the bathroom had already been used and folded back and placed on the shelf. Outlets were broke in the room. Asked front desk for a extra sheet and blanket and she said that they were not allowed to give extra. Terrible stay we were so ready to go luckily it was only for one night. We will never return

I needed a room for one night and this one worked out for me. The price was reasonable for the night, the location was ok because I knew the area. I would stay again.

When we arrived the sheets were very dirty and we asked for new sheets for two bed and we’re only given one sheet. The next day housekeeping came and took all the towels and sheets and did t bother to replace so we had to go downstairs again and ask for replacements

Took a few minutes to get checked in and the air in the room was just cool it never really got cold. However it was a very convenient location of the event we were attending.

There are no phones in the rooms, so whenever we needed something we had to go down to the lobby. The internet access didn't work and the staff were unable to resolve the problem.
