Enjoyed our stay here and the reviews are pretty much spot on. Very nice rooms which are clean. Looks to be an older hotel that had a quality upgrade to freshen it up. The only way I could tell is the dresser, TV stand was more worn than other furniture in the room. Looked hard and heavy to move…lol. That being said they did an excellent quality upgrade and really enjoyed our stay. Front desk staff were very helpful and friendly.

Clean, comfortable and the staff was the most friendly staff in any place we’ve ever stayed. Willie checked is in and was wonderful and we had to go down to our car a few minutes later and they had apparently changed shifts. Tia took the time to introduce herself and let us know if there was anything we needed to let her know. Never in my life have I had hotel staff do that. Wonderful people!

We enjoyed our stay here. Everything is clean, excellent customer service and breakfast.
The breakfast is amazing has a variety of food including eggs, cheese, potato, sausage, waffle, and cereal, juice. The man who served the breakfast is very helpful and made sure to re full the food every 10 minutes or so. Overall a great stay.

The bed was very comfortable..little trouble figuring out the thermostat. They played loud tunes or radio or in house music in the hallway but once in the room you don't hear it.

I found out I had left my contact solution at home when I turned in at night. All the stores in town were closed, but Zaida saved me. She looked hard and found her own contact solution and let me have some to save my contacts. She was professional and caring and I truly appreciated it!

I had mistakenly reserved the wrong date through a third party booking site but the front desk clerks were really great about helping me get it corrected. Accommodating, friendly and professional. Clean and comfortable room, nice breakfast.

Our experience with this hotel was perfect. I based this rating for the following reason:
1. Check-in was a breeze. Mr. Willie at the front desk was very nice and made the check-in easy.
2. Location, location, locating. The location of this hotel is perfect for dining, shopping, driving over to Mobile.
3. Room. It was super nice and very clean. I asked for a room away from noise, like the elevator, vending/ice machine and they were able to accommodate us.
4. Housekeeping - Dutches was the housekeeper on our floor. She was very nice and my husband and I could tell that she's about her business. She didn't come there to play, just to do her job. Very nice!
We will definitely stay here again.

It was an okay property. The room was clean. But it needs updated. The paint coming off the bathroom door, and its old.
The pool area needs TLC. The pool needs cleaned, it was yellow and looked dirty, did not want to get in. Ashtray tube was totally full. There were big ant hills in the cracks with ants everywhere, should really be taken care of.

The decor in the lobby real nice. The room sink faucet is missing a filter, the pressure is way too hard. Room cleanliness was decent. behind the night stand tons of dust. The bed was firm but comfortable.The pillows was kinda flat but comfortable. The hotel is very convenient to i10 and shopping center. The parking lot well lit and safe. The hotel building structure seems dated.the overall value of my stay was budget friendly and priced appropriately.
