This is my 2nd time staying here. I didn't like that this time, I was awakened by police outside with guns drawn looking for a perk! I was getting my breakfast and had to make sure I wasn't in the middle of a shoot out!

We decided to stay at Days inn since we are able to take our dog with us & the price was reasonable. When we entered the room it looked decent. It smelled good and it looked clean. However once we set out stuff down, I noticed the floors were dirty & in some parts even sticky. The worse part was that roaches started coming out from behind a mirror. My husband took the mirror off & about 10 roaches were running around. I also found a dead roach next to the bed & by the restroom. If it wasn’t for the roaches I would have consider staying again.

Shower head could be better

Homeless people in parking lot. Made us feel not so safe. I wondered if my car would be broken into. Recommend a security guard, since the area appears to be not safe. Also, the Name on the property was "RED ROOF", not "DAYS INN". Furniture in suite was too sparse. Nice decor but needed a table. Breakfast was ok, but real cream instead of powder junk would be better. Also, some fresh fruit

The hotel was clean. The room was nice. The bed had old bedsprings on it that were horrible. It was the worst bed I’ve sleep slept in in years a lot of loud noise white late at night and then when you walked down to where the dog area is, there was so much dog poop everywhere it was disgusting and then people sitting in the stairwell smoking wasn’t great either.

I did not even get access to my room. The guy in the front was rude and uncommunicative. I would always come here but I am not coming back.

Only the pictures I took can properly describe my discontent while staying at this property. Floor was dirty, one lamp was broken, the other missing a light bulb. The chair was missing a castor, making it nonfunctional and dangerous. One window screen was torn and a dead fly was in the window because the window was left open. The other window was duck-taped! And the class of people staying there was loud, obnoxious and up until after 2AM.............and management was no where to be found.

Front desk wasn’t friendly nor did they tell me what I were signing. They just put the paper on the counter with a pin. My sink was dirty and my phone didn’t work. The body wash was hard to come out and u can hear the car driving by often.

First things I noticed in the hotel room were make up on the counter and that the floor was dirty. I cleaned the counter myself with the hand soap and a wash cloth. Walls are paper thin so you hear everything from those above and next door and from the streets. Bedding is also paper thin. The ac and heating unit has seen better days as each button has holes in them. Window coverings are too small so they don’t block out light very well. Shower had hair all over (gross). Breakfast is a joke with stale bread, yogurt, coffee, and juice (concentrated that you need to dilute yourself). To top things off, saw someone with drug paraphernalia when I walked out of my room. Left after one night, even though I paid for two nights. DON’T STAY HERE!

No water provided in rooms, limited access to water in the lobby during breakfast hours which is 7-10am. Asked for extra blankets due to the room being chilly, wasn’t able to receive any. Housekeeping entered the room shortly after we checked in, using her own card, without permission. Housekeeping also wasn’t friendly at all when returning fresh towels as if we were inconveniencing her.

The area is a bit busy if you’re bothered by surrounding noise. The room was clean, but some areas could’ve used more attention to detail. Nonetheless it was worth what what I paid for!

The building is old and the location has a lot of transit people on property asking you to buy what they are pandering. For those reason the property doesn't feel safe and it is loud. The property needs full time security. The other issue I had was with the breakfast, they had day old bread for toast, mini muffins, coffee and yogurt. Not like most chains that offer a full breakfast of hot and cold food groups with juice, coffee and water.

I stayed at this hotel for 6 nights and one worker who checked us in was very hardworking and understanding but the others following were not nearly as good. In the 6 nights of my stay, I only had a housekeeper come and grab trash twice, I had to constantly ask for toilet paper or towels & face cloths. On January 1st (my birthday) I had enough and went to the front desk to ask the front desk employee to please have someone clean mine and my boyfriends room and after being gone for hours, we came back to the room exactly how we left it (no toilet paper, trash still there, and no towels). I was mortified. My boyfriend and I then went to the front desk (again) and I found the same guy who I had originally asked to get someone to clean our room. His excuse was it’s his first day but how difficult is it to just get a housekeeper to clean a guests room? We paid over $600 for our stay of 6 nights and I am still incredibly appalled that this is how we were treated. Another employee came up as we were talking to his co-worker and told me they will get someone to clean our room in the morning at 9:30am, yet no one came and we had to get a housekeeper ourselves to clean our room. Not to mention I called the front desk requesting a face rag to wash my body with and the front desk receptionist told me she will send someone, yet no one came for nearly two hours. I had already showered and done my make up within these almost 2 hours. All in all, our stay was horrible and by far the worst.

Nothing on breakfast. Please don't serve with unwillingness.

Stay was cool, breakfast could of been way better, instead of just bread. Maybe have option for kids, since family to stay here

Exactly what one should expect for the rates and brand of hotel. A strong average experience.

The room was really dirty, you could tell it hasent been clean, even the basic for month's, we stay in the first floor, the microwave was dirty as well, like something spilled all over the place

Overall the hotel was nice. We spent one night there and it did the job. The rooms were clean and spacious. They had a small breakfast buffet with a small selection. It was fine for my family because we don’t eat breakfast. The only negative side is the beds were really uncomfortable and also the neighborhood was really sketchy. But overall a good experience. 😌

Floors were so dirty, they turned our socks & feet black in a matter of minutes.

Do not waste your money. We had a late check in. We got there around 10pm. The floors were dirty. I didn’t even want to take my shoes off. They only gave us one towel and there were no parking spaces available. We ended up parking our car on the Main Street, which also had very limited spaces. The tv works, but only one channel was available. The next morning when I went to drop off the key, I asked if they had any water available and they did not. Not worth the money and hassle.

The man in the front is the sweetest thing ever I feel so bad he has to work at this hotel. Not only was it dirty and smelled like urine but the area around is awful we spent literally two hours here and re booked because we didn’t feel safe especially after we figured out there was a murder there recently and there are homeless and drug dealers all around definitely not safe for children and families. I don’t recommend

There is no disability access even though I selected it during booking. Breakfast is nothing like shown in the pictures. Nobody to clean the tables either. Worst hotel for the price i paid for this.
