Our 4th stay at MGallery and it doesn’t disappoint due to the helpful staff, cosy rooms, pool and excellent food. Santa Teresa’s a lovely oasis in Rio’s suburbs, yet within easy reach of all its attractions.

Santa Teresa Hotel Rio de Janeiro was one of the highlights of my first trip to Rio. I stayed here for my birthday after spending a few nights at the Emiliano, as I wanted to experience different areas of the city, and I'm so glad I did.
From the moment we arrived, the staff delivered exceptional service. Whether it was restaurant recommendations, arranging transportation, helping with luggage, or answering questions, everyone was friendly, attentive, and eager to help. The hotel also felt very secure, with staff monitoring the entrance at all times, which gave us great peace of mind.
One of the standout experiences was our couples massage at Le Spa. We chose the Couple's Ritual Renewal treatment, and it was easily one of the best massages I've ever had. It was so relaxing that both my girlfriend and I fell asleep.
The hotel made my birthday extra special by surprising me with a cake and decorating the mirror in our room. It was a thoughtful gesture that showed how much attention they pay to the little details.
The property itself is stunning, with lush greenery throughout, beautiful rooms, a gorgeous pool, an inviting bar, and incredible views overlooking Rio. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious options each morning.
Overall, Santa Teresa Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The hotel, staff, food, service, and cleanliness were all 10/10. I would absolutely stay here again on my next trip to Rio.

Breakfast menu was unparalleled. So many options on the buffet, all delicious, and the menu items are prepared to perfection.
The staff is warm, attentive and kind.
The property is beautiful, with superb design and attention to details, surrounded in lush greenery.
The pool area is so luxurious, we didn't want to leave it.
I would heartily recommend.

This is an excellent hotel. The locality is excellent some lovely restaurants and vibrant bars. I had some concerns regarding the safety but I was pleasantly surprised. The obvious measures to prevent theft and mugging is more than sufficient. The spa was a relaxing experience. If you can make it to the Yoga session in Saturday morning, I would recommend it
