My greeting at the front desk upon arrival made me feel like I was an inconvenience to the hotel when I checked in.
I had a party of loud people on each side of my room until approximately 430AM. When I called the front desk, I had no answer.
No coffee pot was in the room like normal and it was advertised as so.
After staying awake until 430AM and having to work the next day, this was a horrible combination.

The rooms no longer have coffee makers and not even cups to drink a glass of wine from. No pad of paper or pen, one box of Kleenex that had only a few left. No shower cap. Wasn’t allowed to take my own luggage to my room so had to wait for the bellman to bring it up. (He was incredibly kind though and later brought us cups.). For housekeeping the second day but not the third. (They came early so I asked them to return later when we’d be gone.). They agreed but when we got back that night they hadn’t been there. The pool area is beautiful and we looked forward to using it but it closed at 7 so we weren’t able to.
The bed was comfortable but beyond that, and for the price of the room, we didn’t get much. It was my 3rd stay but I won’t stay again. A coffee maker or a few cups shouldn’t be too much to ask for.

We enjoyed our stay at Aliante. The pool was surprisingly great. The gym was great. The room was ok. The toilet in the bathroom was running constantly and there were a couple things that needed some maintenance. The toilet paper holder was broken and the coffee machine needed help. We love the location and price we just hope they continue to upkeep the problems with a little effort

I requested a room that was on the quieter side and they put me near where the cleaning staff was and all I heard was people leaving the room and the door rattling.
Cleaning staff made up my room twice during a 6 day stay and did not replenish anything-coffee etc.
I tried to use the internet for work and the internet was down. I ordered food and the order was completely wrong. For an upscale hotel, I was disappointed in the service and the facilities. If you looked in the parking lot, no cleaning was attempted.

The resort fee is not negotiable even if not used. The pool and hot tub were closed. Still charge for in-room water.
Don't eat in TGI Fridays or the Market. Service is terrible. Eat at the Farm. Good food and good service.

Wonderful staff. Hotel was old and rooms need to be remodeled. Shower has mold and bathroom has major warer damage around the sink area. Beds were lumpy and uncomfortable. Not a comfortable stay. Will not be staying again.

Clean, quiet, comfortable. Easy parking and check in. Not many people. Security guards were nice keeping the hotel safe. It’s nice staying off the busy Strip in Vegas.

I’ve stayed here numerous times as it’s typically a fair rate even with the resort fees and I like the fact that I can park and go right to the hotel instead of walking through a casino. This trip was a bit disappointing, as they no longer provide a couple complimentary waters in the room, the fridge was not as cold as it should be, I found a large amount of hair in the shower drain, the sink didn’t drain and the toilet leaked. Nothing major and I didn’t complain as it was short 2 night business trip but the minor maintenance things seemed to not be as good.

The security guard Marcus was the star of the show very helpful. The hotel was fine. The TV needs more than the eight channels it comes with. I understand you’re trying to get people to go downstairs and gamble, but there are people with families.

This was my first stay at the Alicante. This was a business trip. The hotel was clean and provided room service daily without requesting it. The shower is awesome and the bed was comfortable. The check-in and check-out process was average. There are multiple restaurants on site. The only true plant-based options noted were salads and possibly chips and salsa. I was awakened at 1 o’clock in the morning by loud music at a club level volume. Though the walls are extremely thin, the previous two nights were peaceful.

It has all the amenities of the big casinos on the strip or downtown. For me it was convenient, since my son lives nearby when I visit North Las Vegas.

The Ambiance Was Beautiful The Hotel Is Very Clean and Quiet. I love that there is food available 24 hours and there is a Starbucks on sight as well. I would recommend this Hotel and give it 5 Stars. The entire staff was so friendly from the front desk, valet , security and the restaurants staff. I’m always in Vegas never going back on the strip lol. Thanks Guys xoxoxo

Nice Vegas casino, plenty of gaming choices and far away from the busy strip. Room was quite small, my 92 year old mother hardly had room for her walker to move. Hotel parking was very inconvenient for a handicapped person; they reserved the closest hotel parking spots for valet use (which was empty 24/7) and no official curbside drop off available at all for people or luggage.

Clean safe friendly staff that cares about their customers. Gonna stay there every Chance I get cause i'm a local and I have No where to live. So I stay there when I can afford it. It is well worth it i'm not gonna ever stay anywhere else

The property is on the north edge of Vegas so it is away from the mess around the strip. It felt safe. Unfortunately, the patio, pool and hot tub were closed, which were the major selling points for this hotel. We felt that without those, we overpaid. Very disappointing. Our friends who stayed elsewhere at a cheaper hotel had those conveniences.

Pretty bathroom, comfy bed. Insufficient parking, resulting in the need to use valet.
Housekeeping didn’t make up my rooms 1 day and claimed it was my fault for not lighting the “Make up room” light (I definitely did.).

The hotel lobby was clean, staff were friendly, the valet parking was a smooth process each time. The room was clean. We did not have a chance to use any of the other hotel amenities (pool, golf course, movie theater, etc.) but they looked interesting.

The property was great but I booked 2 rooms and they put us on different floors. I would have preferred to at least be on the same floor.

I arrived on a Saturday and by Tuesday they was no cleaning service..i will call the front desk no answer..when they finally clean my room..i found under the desk..trash (Food cup) .I have no idea hay long that was there for??? It was not mine!!!

Both nights we stayed our heater was not working and it was blowing only cold air so we were freezing! We informed front desk and guest services and they attempted to remedy but did not follow up to see if the heat kicked in. After waiting the 15 minutes the technician asked for, we called and we were sent straight to voicemail. We called front desk also and no follow up. The cleanliness of room wasn’t great either; film of dust on furniture. Also, bedsheets were ripped.

Aliante is always a very solid place to stay. The Bistro and Market are very good places to eat. There are also other options that are fine too. Never had anything but a great stay.

Our family visits us twice a year. We have booked their stays at various hotels and all agreed Aliante hotel and Casino was tops. The service from check in to check out was excellent. We look forward to their next visit.
