I have spent many nights in this hotel, i can highly recommend it . It’s not only clean and comfortable but the staff are first class .

Ok, though water from shower was scorching hot or volcanic and could not be altered. Hairdryer blew out cold air only and lighbulb had gone in the room.

It was a pretty small room/bathroom, but the bed was comfy and had everything we needed. AC worked well. They stored our luggage for us after check out. 2 min walk to the train station was very convenient. Especially considering the price, would stay here again.

Modern basic hotel in an excellent location. Staff were very kind and helpful. Room had major condensation issue and we often found pools of water everywhere especially in the morning and coming back in evening. Was quite a cold hotel but ok for a couple of nights.

We travelled to Cardiff to see the rugby, Sleepers is perfectly located for arriving on the train and a short walk from the stadium. We could easily walk to the restaurants and bars in the centre of Cardiff but chose to breakfast at the hotel, which had a number of options to suit all needs and kept us full all day.
Hotel it's self is basic, compact and ideal for a short stay. I can't praise the staff enough, they're so helpful, welcoming and go above and beyond. Special shout out to Billie who help find us find an alternative train when ours was cancelled.

Water was not working so had no shower or working toilet and couldn’t get ready in the hotel as was planned, bed was quite uncomfortable woke up a few times through the night due to it. Bathroom was not the cleanest and a light was out by the mirror. Don’t plan on staying here again.

It wasn’t clean and there was mould on the walls and curtain and hair in the bed and found a hair in the sink

Lovely staff on reception, really polite and welcoming. Room was great, just what we needed. Room was a bit cold but we turned the heater on which had instructions on how to work it. Though it was a bit noisy. But not a problem as it heated the room pretty fast so we could turn it off before sleeping.
Was a bit of noise that travelled in from the hall, just doors really, didn’t hear any voices at all, so pretty good.
Over all, great place to stay, and one of the cheapest in the area. We would recommend and will return.

Door card key kept having to be reloaded. Rooms very small with some in-house noises. Great location by station. English second language speakers on desk so no local knowledge supplied. Had breakfast over the road in Wetherspoons as cheaper. However, a vast majority of pubs were below par, (17 visited over two days ) and central Cardiff is off the visit list.

The hotel was very convenient for a night stay in the city, very close to the bars and restaurants and 10min walk from the castle and 20 min away from the bay. The room had a small bathroom and large bed, with TV that you could connect to your phone. The room had a bit of wear and tear issues and the extra pillows provided had not been changed and were dirty. We only received one towel between us. Overall it was for for purpose and would return for another night stay.

The room was on the small side for 4 people and the bathroom was very small.
The floor arrangements were a bit odd with a small set of stairs going up and down from the elevator to more rooms on the same "floor".

Brilliant stay, so close to train station which was great for our very early start and late finish. Room compact but clean with a great shower unit that was easy to use and hot straightaway. Breakfast was excellent with very helpful staff

Accommodation is very handy for the centre of Cardiff and train station
No noise from the train. Basic room, fine for one night.
Two.complaints...i had stayed in the same.room in July and reported the in-room phone.out of.order. Still.out of.order again today. Housekeeping station is opposite the room.and instead of ataying in the room to.discuss allocations, staff very loudly stood in the corridor shouting at each other from 6.45 onwards. Don't stay here is you like.a.lie-in as you will.be woken by this. I have previously fed this back but obviously nothing has been done. May stay again if i have to be up early!

Great service - reception were lovely and v helpful. Great location, right near the station. I did feel it was quite pricey and I didn’t like the fact the bed was right next to the wall so I found it hard to get in and out as my husband had the outer side.

The condition of facilities in the room was poor. The curtain and net curtain were both hanging loose meaning light poured into the room when dark outside. The TV did not work and the remote was falling apart. Lastly, there was nowhere to put/hang anything in the en-suite. Make sure you know your partner very well as the toilet is clearly audible which is embarrassing.

The staff at this location go above and beyond. Best service I’ve had in a bit. I needed to keep a medication cold and the staff got me ice everyday.
The location is steps from the Cardiff Central train station. A short walk and there are a ton of pubs, coffee, and restaurants. Great location for families and couples. I think I’d have felt pretty safe if in as alone. My husband and I opted for the bunk beds. A bit unconventional for a married couple lol, but we wanted the extra floor space. The beds were actually pretty comfy and great pillows. We will stay here again.
